Just booked at Guy's Hospital. I live in SE London and am 40, born 1981.

Just checked again and I'm in 1980 super trooper the year abba released that song.

Only one local was Ashton gate Bristol so booked 1st jab 2 weeks but 2nd won't be until early August.

I volunteer at a gp and I’ve seen kids there. Not sure big places

May ‘81 here and just booked (90 minute drive) to Ashton Gate because of availability!

A friend is 41 in a few weeks and can access to book, though nothing near by her currently and she doesn't drive. Yorkshire area.

OK, now that it seems some 80s babies are being able to book - i'm officially joining in!
1984, Hampshire, not expecting to be able to book for a while but feels like we are edging towards my age bracket now!

@TheVolturi - yes, please don’t take children with you if you can possibly avoid it. They’re still trying to minimise the numbers of people on site to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Thank you to everyone who has updated here! My husband was able to book just now, he’s 1980. There were shockingly few available dates though.

Just managed to book for my husband - Jan 80. Got the 'Not eligible' message this morning but tried again after reading this thread and success! Kent/London border

I can book to (Feb 1980) but everything is too far away so I think I'll wait a little longer and try again then.

Had AZ this morning at St Thomas's in London. Went to work and about 7 hours later my shoulders and neck were aching, by the time I got home another 90 mins later I was aching all over and starting to shiver. Have had some paracetamol, tea, and cuddles from DS and DD, but have no appetite for food. DH had about 25h of this so hopefully I'll have no worse. Feeling very happy to be 'in the system' now for real though.

It’s not ideal but better than not going.

DH booked his appointment today for next Tues, at a site 10 mins cycle from our house. So you might not have to wait ages or go miles 🤞

I can now book (1980) but there are no places available that would be less than an hours round trip so will keep trying until I get somewhere closer!

Out of interest, is it possible to change the times once you've booked? E.g. could I book an inconvenient one now then keep checking back for a nearer spot?

Thanks to those that replied about taking dc. I have booked for Mon 10th May so all dc will be at school and nursery, I have booked for Buckshaw Village which is 20 miles from me!

Tulips, yes I think so. You just go into the booking system the same way then reschedule your appointment.

Anyone notice that it's small centres being offered? I'm booked for a local pharmacy (London). Thought it would be local hospital.

Sort of. You have to cancel the old booking to search for a new one. So best to do it in antisocial hours just in case you lose your current slot. Late at night / very early morning / mid-afternoon on a day without a new age group but when most are at work or collecting kids from school.
