Would be interesting to know if this is general!

DP has received his invite to book and he's 40. Calderdale/Huddersfield CCG.

I've finally booked but having to go to two different places which is annoying.

@glitterelf I had that when booking dh eventually after couple days got 2 appts at different places
Then he got message from gp so I booked through that and got earlier appt and cancelled the other ones , so keep trying

I'm so angry! 43 and still can't book - just says NOT ELIGIBLE. 119 just tell me to keep trying, it takes 24 hours to reset...oh 48 hours...try back in 72 hours. I've tried the GP again, that's like getting through Fort Knox.

@Frazzled2207 we are GM too and my DH has just given up and booked Haydock. It's ridiculous

Terrible isn’t it. We got briefly lucky yesterday and managed to get one in timperley. There was lots of choice for second apptms though which is something. I know sometimes it’s the other way round.

I was so sure the age was going to come down today. Maybe because it dropped from 44 to 42 just overnight.I assumed it’d drop again today. I’m getting so impatient now. Unreasonable I know as UK is still doing well but frustrating to be so close but yet so far.

@Dailywalk I think it will be tomorrow or Friday like it was last week and then drop down again to the under 40s on Monday. That is my hunch

Well because my DH is refusing to drive 'very far' I remain keeping checking, even though he's now eligible.

We're Mid Essex and I've been checking periodically, there was no hubs for 20 miles for the most of yesterday, this morning Basildon flashed up, 11 miles away (does Moderna) was not available all yesterday, told my friend, she booked, it's now gone. Hub now 9 miles away but 23rd May only. Rest all East London, Kent, Harlow etc etc. Never have I seen Chelmsford Racecourse or Wickford the Lodge.

There are still a lot of eligible people who can't book.

I can't see it changing until most of these people have appts

It might be Friday or maybe even weekend. But I wod be doubtful for tomorrow

@TankGirl97 I’m in Taunton and when I looked yesterday it only came up with Exeter and Bournemouth, but when I looked today it had options in Taunton.

I'm a bit worried about some of the comments above about the national system booking website having to reset between attempts.
Is it a bad idea to try before you are officially eligible?

45, still can’t book as all the centres it offers me are 30+ miles away from me. Which is crazy as there are big centres 10 mins away. Is there a time the site refreshes? Because I’ve tried midnight, 7am and various other times.

Today I tried book husband age 47 and only got chipping Norton Oxford or Bournemouth.
Yesterday was Worcester/ malvern or Bournemouth.
Others in Bristol been offered Taunton which is shorter journey i guess.
As its 40s there must be issues with AZ supply its crazy in city bath or Bristol theres nothing.

@honeyandbutterontoast I have also been trying early morning, late at night and throughout the day. The options keep changing but are always really far.
I just tried again and only got offered some small pharmacy in Poole for an appointment this afternoon. I am in Bristol so not sure about the logic here.

No I was refreshing constantly yesterday, occasionally it would change and something less ridiculous would come up but it would be literally one appointment which would go within seconds. I think certain sites might put their appointments on at certain times but they will obviously vary
