It was a big order too for DS and his flatmates when they had COVID yet again, cancelled on the day of the fire. They did offer "priority rebooking" but there was nothing for 3 days so they ended up paying inflated deliveroo prices for emergency supplies. Now they are self isolating again
and there are no available slots.
Another order for me today with all the fruit bruised, squashed and torn. My lovely British strawberries were substituted with Ocado watery, tasteless ones that managed to have under ripe (still white), over ripe (mushy), mouldy and squashed strawberries all in the same punnet.
Is anyone else regularly being overcharged for bags? I'd never bothered counting before but one week I just happened to notice the receipt said there were 13 bags when there were only half that, so an obvious difference. Now I've started checking and more often than not I have been charged for 2 or 3 extra bags.
