Anyone see this morning today. In her interview she claimed that we should walk cycle and run alone

I understood the rules to allow a walk with one other person.

I walk my dog twice a week with a friend. Rest of the time I'm alone with dog on walks and it's the only thing that keeps me sane at the moment. Take that away and I dont think I can cope for much longer.

Make the rules clearer ffs!!!

Yy - exercise makes little difference to weight unless you're doing shedloads of it and it's pretty strenuous. Diet is the thing. Exercise is still rrally important, but being at home or confined to your local area does not make it difficult to exercise anyway.

I think exercise does make a difference. Usually I’m a teacher 3 days a week. I walk about 12000 steps on these days.

Currently off sick, cannot lose any weight unless l exercise. Sitting all day doesn’t help with weight loss. It was easy to lose it whilst working. And l don’t pick at stuff at home so it’s not that.

I didn't really lose weight even when I was running quite a bit, unless I cut down on food as well. I toned up and got fitter, but didn't really lose weight. The 2 times I lost lots of weight were when I ate very low fat due to gallstones and when I did low carb.
