I have been contributing, just changed my name to prevent being outed over something!

Anyone else getting emails trying to get them to sign up to Ocado Reserved? Paused my Reserved slot on Sunday, as I’m thinking of cancelling my smart pass - today I get an email asking if I’m “tired of chasing delivery slots?” and encouraging me to sign up for Ocado Reserved!

I’ve also noticed that I can suddenly get more than 1 slot a week again - delivery booked for Saturday 23rd, but when I click book a slot there’s slots available from Tuesday 26th onwards! And there suddenly seems to be loads of slots available.

And I’ve just realised I can see 4 weeks ahead again!

AND my app is working again!

Yes got that today. I'm not having any problem booking 4 weeks ahead so not sure it's worth it

I have already got reserved, but im so bored of Ocado now, really so little choice. I did a £40 shop last with amazon morrisons which were bits and pieces i cant get on Ocado anymore. Huge box of fruit and veg from oddbox for £20 and rest from Ocado

I agree. I can’t be doing with the faff and uncertainty. Even if it would allow me to book a month ahead or so I’d be happy.

Several subs in mine including m and s loin of lamb instead of the speciality Italian product I ordered.

I complained and to their credit the refunded the whole cost.

It's the delivery uncertainty that's the main bugbear for me, and unfortunately Waitrose are no better here for slots. Some great products though: almond croissant, Duchy chicken, good choice of game all spring to mind...

... but their sell by dates esp on veg are very short

Has anyone had star reviewer offers lately? I got invited sometime around November, duly reviewed all the (very boring) products offered and have heard nothing since.

I’ve found the dates on M&S stuff getting longer since Christmas.

How many reviews do you need to do before they make you star reviewer?

I’d only done a handful.

I’ve done a few. I think I’ve reviewed all my regular buys.

I’ve been a star reviewer for a few years.had a couple in Nov/Dec but that was it for 2020...

Delivery today coming in the Percy Pig van! This is a new era.
