I have been contributing, just changed my name to prevent being outed over something!

@GiantKitten I think it’s because they are still only allowing some customers a slot every 7 days - so when you had a slot booked for 24th, nothing would should available for 7 days either side, but if you cancel the 24th, then you’d see slots up until 7 days before your next booked delivery
on the 31st, if that makes sense?

Yes, pretty sure you (well, I) can't have a delivery within 7 days of an existing one. It's fair enough.

It’s just that when I first started looking for a slot, on Fri 15th (previous delivery had been on 9th) there was nothing showing at all. So available dates seem to appear at random!

I’m only allowed one slot every 7 days. I grateful to be getting one so I’m not complaining, but I think this is how it’s working. Had the queue again tonight.

Just had an email saying low price promise is ending very soon.

I rarely got vouchers to be honest but I had no idea it was ending.

Did others?

It was a surprise to me, BB. I notice the answer to "Does this mean my shopping will be more expensive?" isn't a clear one.

A load of waffly crap there! I guess they know they've got a captive audience so can do what they like. I used to get vouchers quite often but i don't think I've had a single one since covid.

Agree. Since they partnered with M&S the service has been pretty shocking here.

Not happy about the low price promise ending. I usually get vouchers for £2-3 after most shops.

My shop cost has been rising for a while. But I’m buying less.

Another annoyance - them sticking things like "Great value!" on various products, making them look like offers when they're actually not. Makes it harder to find products that really are on promotion.

I wouldn't worry powerslidepanda. If it's on offer it's out of stock most the time

This is spot on! And they've clearly outsourced their grocery customer communications to some waffly consultants.

Strange! I was never offered the shortbread though...

The free gifts aren't always offered in the app. Sometimes you have to use the website to get them (in case that helps anyone here get their Trevor)

My whole order came today with nothing missing and no substitutions

Yesterday's order had one type of apples substituted for another - I didn't even mention anything about it to the driver and kept the sub. Strangely a few hours later I received an email advising I was getting a refund for the item I had returned - the apples. So, free apples for me.
