There was a mini-hoo-ha about a US state doing the regular covid briefing in Halloween costumes this week, which meant the start of the announcement incl death figures etc was done completely straight faced by a woman in a clown costume as if that was totes normal attire. Would be wicked if BoJo came out just randomly dressed as a frog or wizard or something.
