Bonkers. Loads of parents of young kids are 45+. So all those kids stuck indoors/no school.

Massive amount of employees who can't work from home being (What?) Furloughed?

How many teachers/TAs/doctors/nurses/childminders are over 45? Tons!

I do realise that masks are not going to save us but every little helps and as for calling police, well let's just say Cleveland police are on par with chocolate fire guard. I have allotment, the site got burgled, police said if we didnt have an allotment we wouldnt get robbed. Anyho i digress it's hard here people are reluctant to wear masks and will not keep distance and if you say anything you get a mouth full.

Cloth masks don’t protect the wearer a great deal, but they do protect the environment and therefore other people from the wearer.

Ta I do work in a place that deal with covid patients so have some knowledge it's just frustrating when you are are doing your best to dance around others to keep them and yourself safe but others are not. I wear a mask, sanitize, keep my distance because my health is poor from cancer op which left me missing bits and pieces.

It could never work. I'm over 45 snd was actually in shielding. How do you shield with adult kids living at home and with a DH coming and going?

Nope your right! Its impossible. You could put up a tent in the garden for the kids with a bucket and slip them the odd butty. Oh dear what have I said that will be the new rule if it gets out
