I think it’ll be:

No mixing of households across the country, not just the North
Curfews on pubs
Using public transport for necessary journeys only

It's the classic conspiracy theorist reasoning of taking something sensible, or debatable at least but then stretching it to incredulity. Some things are reasonable - the way public health has been treated for quite a while now has often been more a question of "what do we need to say to get the reaction we want" rather than keeping things dispassionate. And the government messages have not been at all clear and consistent.

But as an experiment in how to manipulate the population, all the while destroying large sectors of the economy. Well. It's a pretty shit experiment if so, given how many people are seemingly ignoring government advice. Rather than showing them how easy it is to get people to comply it is showing how many people don't trust the government. Our levels of compliance are way below other countries. I was wearing a mask before the government told us to, because I looked at the research, and thought that it made sense. And it still does. The anti-mask brigade don't look at research and then come to a conclusion - they have already made up their minds and then try and find evidence to support it, which is the complete opposite of the scientific method.
