Considering there are so many on the other thread that are and that the rhetoric on other threads seems to be not about the amount of deaths, but of the the long term side effects,it would be interesting to hear from people who HAVEN'T had these.

@supadupapupascupa where are you being tested for antibodies if you don’t mind me asking?

I (and a good friend, also a medic) have long term issues but the majority of people I know who have had it all recovered fine.

There's a biotech company in our office building running some research. They're testing anyone who would like to who works there. Lucky I know!

I know 11 people who have had it (London & Brighton based). One really had a tough time of it and is now in a rehab unit after a couple of months in intensive care, the others varied but all recovered fully with no (obvious) after effects.

I know of a family of four who had it in March. Horrid flu type symptoms. Fine within 2 weeks.

76 year old with severe Parkinson's. Had fever and cough in care home. Recovered within a couple of weeks.
One who sadly died. Friends father. But he was seriously ill in the first place.

I know two people who have had it. One is of Asian descent very healthy , very nearly died. The other a man in his seventies who was ill for three days and recovered.

My DH had it in early March - he’s absolutely fine with no long term effects. He was fairly ill for three days and then very tired for a further week - no hospital though.

My brother had it just before lockdown and was really ill for a couple of weeks but seems to be back to normal now

I forgot my brother had it too. He was very ill for three or four days. Then recovered fully.
