According to The Guardian. My guess is affluent party goers returning home to middle aged parents?

LOL, how witty. I am in Trafford. I feel so supported and happy now, tremendous.

Sorry to jump in here - does anyone know when they think the restrictions will be lifted as regards visiting someone in their house? Need to get to see a relative and would need to stay overnight.

userxx · 05/08/2020 17:46

@randomer Chill out a bit, I'm in Trafford too and I'm not sure why you're getting your knickers in a twist apart from the weather which is just shit.

@BBCONEANDTWO I'm sure they said last week it would be reviewed tomorrow. If it's an emergency I'd be going anyway.

BBCONEANDTWO · 05/08/2020 18:33

@userxx - thanks much appreciated.

Given that the restrictions only became legally enforceable yesterday, im guessing that restrictions will be in place for a while longer.

*I'm so sick of this finger pointing

That's what I thought when I read the OP, finger pointing at "affluent party goers"*

The MEN is pointing now, so all is well.

Yesterday the MEN said trafford rates are down. I’m going with that.

New set of maps for the "watched" areas, of which Trafford is one, includes a local map with rates of infection at lower super output area level, roughly 2,500 average pop so Trafford has quite a few obviously.

Specific Trafford maps and data on pages 14 and 15 of the report linked above.

I'm surprised no one has pointed the finger at the large jewish communities in those areas.
