If he thinks track & trace is going to be a success after this, he's in for a shock.

I certainly won't be downloading an app that puts my personal data at clear risk of misuse. Secondly, yesterday, I believe, additional privacy laws in respect of this app have been denied by this government in a move unanimously criticised by privacy lawyers.

Anyone downloading it would be silly.

I agree. When people first started expressing concerns about the app and privacy I dis think I’d still download it and play my part.

After the Dominic Cummings episode, no way am I downloading it.

Ok. I never realised how limited he came across. Lots of ah, ah, testing ah , ah. You wait for a reflected pensive result. and nothing comes. Just ah ah, tracing, ah ah. Stress on specific words instead of content. His triumph is being able to speak at all.

Schools reopening will be safe as long as everyone remembers the rules and maintains social distancing. I hope all those 4 and 5 year olds are listening.

I feel the same about the app. When this started, I wrote on another thread that I would download it, but I have done a complete you turn.

@CricketCrocket I got a letter in reply to the only other email I sent mine. I've emailed her 3 days in as many days & no reply, maybe it's coming by snail mail....

Maybe but what a waste of money! Postage is so expensive.

I've also done a u-turn on the app. No chance this lot are getting my data after they've shown such contempt for us in the past few days.

Medieavalist yes A couple of appearances ago at the first press conference he did on Cummings he just blustered about hopelessly and then said something like 'the most important thing you can do is wash your hands, and wash your hands repeatedly'
