I believe it did at the time. I'm sure the advice was for over 70s to stay home regardless of medical conditions.

Over 70's are clinically vulnerable. They had extra guidance but are not shielded.

I do wonder whether Boris is fed up with the job and doing this and other recent stuff to see just what it takes to get kicked out / actually cause the British public to say we've had enough. That should have happened before now.

My Tory MP has replied saying he has complained to the chief whip. He is one who I expected to back Boris, so I am very pleased!
