The choice for which bogeyman or piece of heroism may well be startling and designed to dead-cat. But it's pretty predictable he'll try at least one of these.

Will it be that he’s only human, he realised that the Rules were too draconian for everyone but couldn’t turn round the juggernaut of govt advice and just broke them for the good of his family but has been crushed under the weight of guilt since and now realises that lockdown is too restrictive so has persuaded Boris to lift it with immediate effect?
