I was fantasising about dropping DD at my mum’s for half term this week as we’ve all been struggling this week with lockdown.

But I knew it would be wrong to do that and none of us have any symptoms or been in contact with anyone who has.

He has behaved disgracefully. I’m a full time working single parent. I haven’t dreamed of seeking parental help for childcare and I wouldn’t put them at risk if I became ill. I’d just have to crack on with it.
He’s made the whole country look like fools.

Apparently the police paid a visit and reminded him about the rules for self-isolation and essential travel. Reminded him! The guy who helped make the fucking rules?!? Tbh if all you get is a reminder, I think more people will just go for it now.

I'm the last person that would defend this guy. But technically, if he has been there since March (when the last pic was taken of him?) and he's been in Durham ever since it is allowed as a long term move. As in he moved house to live with family. Allowed.

Whether he was symptomatic and travelled, well that's just shit isn't it. However, you don't know if that family house might have an annex, or whatever where he isolated. It isn't as simple as demanding him out.

I expect govt reaction will be, if they even acknowledge this at all, will be that he moved house for the duration.

It’s not clear how he got there but my guess is by train. It’s about 2,5 hours.
I’m fuming!!! There are single parents and parents with disabled children. They have health issues themselves, many of them are on low income and they are coping whereas this arrogant selfish twat couldn’t look after 1 child.
He should resign, others resigned for less. I suspect there were quite a lot of them heading out of London towards North and spreading virus.

He was seen last time when it became known about Johnson so Cummings was in contact with him and symptomatic and also his wife was unwell already. Number 10 was asked, I think on 30.03 and answered that he’s in self isolation. So no, he travelled after not before. And then he travelled back mid-April. Again I suspect by train.

He didn't just break the 'rules'.

He had symptoms
He and his wife decided 1 kid was too much to look after...?
He drove a really fucking long way
And got his parents who can't be too young to look after his kid who had certainly been exposed...!

This really shows what sort of person he is. Doesn't want to look after his own child. Put parents at risk...

He will have to go but will be kept on quietly in the background. 100%.

That man is pulling the strings behind the scenes and this puts who he is front and centre. Not just a man who sees the general public public as pawns to manipulate to get what he and his mates want. But a man who is prepared to risk his own parents because looking after his own child is not something he wants to do.

Would be interested to know if his wife is like him or if she's not got any say.
