Flight was cancelled and requested a refund which they have said they offer, still not received it. Anyone received their refund from Ryanair?

They are really frustrating. I applied for a refund, got sent vouchers a week or so ago went online and filled in the form to say I wanted a refund and not vouchers and then today they have e-mailed me more bloody vouchers!

I've had the voucher email too. It says to click the link to accept the voucher. What has everyone been doing in this case? If you don't click the link do you still remain in the queue for a refund or do you need to contact them to tell them you don't want the voucher?

Hippo - I haven't done anything. I was assuming if you don't click on the link within a certain time it might trigger them to contact you again. It a pain to find the refund page on their website last time so don't think I can face looking again today.

No, you have to apply again for a refund. If they send you the voucher email as far as they are concerned that's you accepting it

Meant to travel in March and applied for a refund straight away. Promised it would come but no such luck. Now stuck with vouchers and no way to get in touch - all day in the queue on phone and chatbot and completely ignored on Twitter. I contacted the ECC who said they've governed by Irish law so refund is due within 7 days (not 14) but don't see it happening. They recommended putting the complaint in writing and send recorded but they have ages to respond so not a quick solution. I saw on Twitter last night someone tried to use their voucher to book a flight but there seems to be a two tier booking system - if you follow the link with your voucher it's more expensive to book a flight than it is to go straight to the website. It's ridiculous. Good news is that the press seem to have picked up on it and think the govt have said they'll look at it now. I've got flights booked with Emirates and they're being so much better. If can't travel I can book any flight within the same region of my destination (basically whole of Asia) within two years at no extra cost or voucher or refund. With two years to rebook I've got no complaints. If Ryanair actually gave people a reasonable alternative to a refund I wouldn't mind as much but what are the chances of being able to travel abroad within the next 12 months?

I read on twitter to message their Facebook page so I did that last night, it goes through a series of questions which I answered and then it said I'd been place in a queue for a refund. Won't hold my breath, this is going to take a long time.

Anyone?

Had email today saying my refund has been processed should have funds within 5/7 days. Flights were April.
