We both have CV, and are on quarantine. We have very limited food at home. We are running out of hand wash, cleaning product and fresh food. I have been looking online, most supermarkets have slots for vulnerable group but no slot for those who are currently sick and can't leave home.

Does anyone has any suggestions? We are in London

OP you don't seem to have taken on what people have said about voluntary groups. Even in my small town of 12,000 people there are five different grooups that have come together to do shopping or pick up medication for people shielding or with symptoms.

As many have said, try facebook or your local council for links to churches and good neighbour schemes in your area. It's by far your quickest option. I'm a volunteer and we get daily emails with jobs on, and most of us do people's shopping the same day, or at worst, the day after.

Amazon are still doing next day delivery for some items, and Prime Now works for us, I suspect it's area dependant though.

People with COVID can't exercise, members of their household can.

Tbh my friend had it and couldn’t eat for 10 days, good seems to be the least of your worries if you actually have it

Two local wholesalers are selling to the general public with next day delivery round here. A little more expensive but the quality of the produce was awesome.

I think she'd have starved by now
