My dad has been taken to the hospital

Don't know for sure if its corona but I expect he will be tested now but I'm very worried, he has heart health problems so isn't healthy to begin with but now his oxygen sat levels are low so they've taken him in.

Just need a hand hold I suppose. I have to find the positives here, at least its before the peak so there are beds.

@Camopetals That's really good to know that she's doing well now, do you know how long she was on the ventilator before they removed it?

I am repeating to myself that most people recover, most people recover. I know it logically but of course emotionally it doesn't sink in. Just wish I was over in the UK with my mum to take care of her, she's still recovering from it as well.

It will vary tremendously how long any individual needs ventilation. Xrays and blood oxygenation monitoring will show how lungs are, they will also be checking things like kidney function.

It's very hard, but he's being looked after and is not aware or distressed.
