Hello. Are you in the Ocado virtual queue? What position are you?

My order last week was okay - two things missing (non essentials - hot cross buns!) and a couple of reasonable subs eg different brand tinned tomatoes.

I was very pleased I managed to edit my order for this week as i got an email from them yesterday saying no more edits!

anyone with an order for Saturday?
Have you had a link to edit it yet?

Had an order last night and all that was missing was Heinz tomato soup.

@bruffin have you had a link yet? I keep checking my email but nothing. My order is due Sat at 2pm.

Try either phoning or contacting via twitter.
I managed to talk to someone via twitter the other day.

Still waiting for an edit link. They keep saying on Twitter it will come by 'end of the week' which is a weird way to phrase it when it's already Thursday/Friday.

No not received yet, my order is 9.00 Saturday morning

Just got my receipt for todays delivery- missing items are flash wipes, hand wash and paracetamol. One substitution for lamb steak. I don't think that's bad on a £200 order. All fresh veg and meat and pasta toilet rolls etc. are there. I wonder if they'll be on time? Expecting delays.

And then presumably from tomorrow we can edit future orders too?

That's great to hear, @FreakStar. I've been sick for a week now so it's my only way of getting food in, atm!

My 6.30-7.30 order arrived at 6.30 this morning. Only missing item was a loaf of bread and one substitution, different brand of tinned tomatoes. Unfortunately, I ordered very little fresh veg before the order was closed but do have some frozen. Dcs will be delighted

The editing people want to do is it because the whole order is out of whack with what you want? Or just a few items.

@Daftapath I know what you mean - I managed to get quite a lot of fresh stuff this week but depending on what's in the shops, might struggle. but I think we are all unlikely to die of scurvy! . I'm making shepherds/cottage pie (I can never remember which is which) tonight. I'll stick some chopped carrot in but also a few tablespoons of lentils - bulks it out a little but mostly I do it to up the nutritional content. I think if we all look in our store cupboards will be surprised how much is there. eg frozen veg have same or sometimes better nutritional content as fresh.

@MarshaBradyo - in my case, we had an event planned for this weekend so I'd pre-ordered my shop. Luckily, as it turns out, as I don't usually. But if that shop had come without me being able to edit it, we would have been living on smoked salmon, blinis and ice cream for the next few weeks!

My delivery is due tonight 7-8pm. I haven't had any messages yet today re receipt or driver. I did have an email a couple of days ago saying no further changes could be made.

I wonder if anyone with a sat order will get an email at the same time? I also have two further orders booked for a week ahead each time, they just include 2xGin. Could be one way to deal with the children and husband being at home for 4 months?

Just had the email and text message. £110 order only one substition. Two items missing... Eggs and pancetta. Oh well no Carbonnara tomorrow but hey we have a pack of nine loo rolls!

Hi any one waiting for details how to edit an order for tomorrow. I’m trying to add things to my Mum’s shop who has advanced Alzheimer’s and doesn’t live near me.

@Magissa I do a certain of carbonara with sauce made from double cream and cheese, and use ham. If you happen to have those items x

Just had a text and my delivery is coming as normal. Tinned tomatoes and houmous substituted.

Carbonara good with bacon. Eggs is a problem though. And I imagine so is bacon...
It rather amused me that Ocado customers might panic buy pancetta!
