The Ocado Queue Thread.

Hello. Are you in the Ocado virtual queue? What position are you?
Would you like some company?

I am 1247. Just want to edit my shopping, which is booked for Saturday. I'm so worried I'll forget something!

I logged on at 6.30 and was about 850.

I woke up at 3am for a wee and added some stuff then too. Straight on!

I can't get a delivery slot and I am self isolating...

First slot I could get yesterday was 24th March (I have a midweek pass)
Got to check out and payment process took ages and for a message saying that availability was only being held for 5 minutes! Then it crashed. By the time I had it sorted the next slot was 31st March.

I have Reserved so I get the same slot every week. I’m hoping that it is prebooked so that I have my next slot too. It only books a week in advance.

I got on at about 1.30 this morning to edit my order arriving Sunday.

Asda had no slots til Tuesday but was easier to get on to.

I quite like the queuing. At least you have a number and an idea of how long it’s likely to be.

Went to the loo at 5am, decided I would try doing my shop and got straight on. The queue last night was one and a half hours so while much quicker, 29th was the first available slot.

I have no idea how they will, but the supermarkets need to sort this out, otherwise people in isolation won't get food.

I got as far as confirming my order and it just hung. Going to try in the middle of the night

I am supposedly number 3. But I am wondering if it's because I tried last night, then just shut my computer down without actually exiting Ocado so it's confused. I've been number 3 for about 45 minutes. I'm wondering if I should shut down my browser and start again.... That would put me at number 6337. My order is booked for Friday so I do have some time. I'll probably log out properly when I'm finished working today and then try again tonight. We are self isolating so really need that order. We're fine for now, but by next week we'll be very low on fresh food etc.

I was in the queue, got to the main page, clicked 'book a slot' and it took me back to 6127 in the queue.. I've given up!

I just shut down my browser and reloaded... I'm still number 3. Still not actually getting through. Not really sure what to do about this quite honestly.

Thats odd, @BlingLoving. Have you tried on your phone or tablet?

I'm doing it on my tablet now. I managed to log on, but now it's crashed...

I've got too much work to do. I'm going to have to leave it for now and try later. I see a late night in my future.....

Not on Ocado but my usual supermarket website is down. Hope you get your deliveries sorted.

I’ve made 3 changes to my Tesco orders this morning, I wonder why they can manage to keep their site working whilst Ocado can’t?

I got to position 56 then our broadband went down and now I'm trying to rejoin (no doubt at the back of the queue)
