I do wonder if you haven’t a slot booked you have any hope of getting another one. I hope not

My delivery arrived safely this morning. No fish but can live without it. They seem to have restocked paracetamol. (Slight out-of-body experience watching myself disposing of packaging and disinfecting food prior to storing. Strange new reality.)

As there seems to be no queue now and some people are finding delivery dates I’m assuming things are stabilising, gradually.

I went straight in, still cant edit my order and no delivery slots showing at all. My reserved still showing no go.

I don't understand how queue numbers are only valid for 10 mins but if there's 102,000 people in front of me I've got fuck all hope of getting in during 10 mins...

Odd how no queue for some but 90k+ for others (me!)

I’m in Birmingham. A few slots were available for 17,18,19 April when I went on yesterday. They are not showing now but I thought that could be because I’ve managed to book one..

It's very random! I've been getting in fine the last few days but went on earlier and was in a queue of 80,000. Tried 10 mins later and got straight in.

I can get straight in at the moment too and edit my existing order (due Monday, booked weeks ago). The calendar doesn't go past 1st April though so there are no future slots to book.

My calendar doesn't go past 7 April (my next delivery) so I wonder if that's because I've got that slot...

Will they still honour Ocado Reserved slots? I've had the same slot for ages which is due on this Sunday but I haven't got anything from April onwards.

@YorkshirePuddingsGreatestFan it's not showing anything for me on ocado reserved at all. My last one is 1/4.

Riverford slots are back open - have decided to get fruit/veg/milk from there, have local butchers and then other local shops/little co-op - and just give up on trying to get an Ocado shop. We live somewhere with loads of local shops, some ethnic and a fruit and veg market so we are in a fortunate position (once our illness induced quarantine is over) of being OK to get out and about within the rules

I have managed to do my trolley list but can’t get any slot... all of April is even showing as no availability. Do you just need to keep checking and hope something opens up when you happen to have made it through the queue process?

mustbe mine isn't showing anything beyond 4th April, and I've got a slot on the 2nd, so maybe something to that theory? Mad that we're trying to guess though. I'm in the SW.

It's a pain, as I'm in a vulnerable group and really wanted to book one for mid April (trying to do them 2 weeks apart to leave slots for others). I reckon that by the time I'm allowed to see the slots, there'll be none left

It sounds as though you can't book another slot whilst you have a delivery pending. Makes sense but it might help if Ocado communicated that and then we wouldn't all be trying to get on there to book more slots!

The queue is moving quickly and at least you can now navigate away from the queue page without losing your place in line

I can get on straightaway but can’t book a slot for after the 8th which is the last delivery I have booked.

It sounds as though you can't book another slot whilst you have a delivery pending.

That's not the case - I have orders for 30 March and 6 April that I booked weeks ago, and this morning I managed to get a slot for 19 April. The calendar was greyed out apart from the dates I already had deliveries and 19 April, so I clicked 19 April and there were slots for most of the day.

I'm in the SE booked 3 weeks of slots 4 weeks ago (been a customer for about 18 months) and so far 2 have arrived as expected, got everything, with occasional subs. I also set up a reseverved slot to begin on 7th april, I have filled that trolley but I'm a bit confused as they are saying the slot is not available, but also saying that I have that slot booked! I can get in the web site, after queing one time, then I get straight in for days until delivery arrives. So waiting until after next Tuesdays delivery to see if I really do have a reserved slot, fingers crossed. My last order was about an hour and half early.

I'm glad at least some are managing to book slots into mid April.

Most people I know with reserved slots have not had them honoured.

Dh and ds work opposite the huge Ocado depot, it's a pity they cant pick up our order,
