It’s the worst thing when you finish your shop, check out and leave the page and THEN realise you’ve forgotten one thing and have to bloody queue all over again. Argh! I’m not organised enough for this new way of doing online shopping.

First world problem I know but I really miss the app, and being able to add things into my basket as I think of them during the week.

Well I have managed to book a Sainsbury's shop for Sunday, so will try and get in to Ocado tomorrow and cancel Monday's delivery, I am eternally grateful to Ocado for the past few deliveries, but my heart belongs to Sainsbury's.

Oh and meant to say I had difficulty at the visa page on Sainsbury's, managed by switching to my data on the phone. It seems that might be a visa issue rather than an Ocado one.

Down to 5 mins. Exciting times. Its like a nightly job now.

Just started another thread but it seems the Ocado experts are over here!

We had a delivery booked between 8 and 9pm this evening. Driver called to say he was running two to three hours late, this was at teatime. No sign of shopping or further calls and call centre and chat have shut for the night. Anyone experienced this before? If there’s a chance the driver will still come, I’ll wait up.

This is absolutely not a complaint, I know how stretched they are and just grateful that my shopping is out there... somewhere!

I thought I would see how many in the queue as my usual final nighttime entertainment and hit straight onto the website. Could edit my order for 31st but still no other slots open to book

Bless him. The driver called back and said he’s two stops away. DH said he’d put the kettle on and make him a cuppa to decant into the driver’s travel mug and I’ve made him a cheese sandwich and got some crisps and wrapped biscuits out. Not sure if he’ll be allowed to take it, but if he’s hungry, he might appreciate something to eat. I know they’re getting a lot of bad press at the moment but we’ve never had any issues with Ocado in the four or five years we’ve used them, and without exception, the drivers are ALWAYS polite, helpful and deliver our shopping with a smile. Like all the other front line workers, they really are heroes.

Just so grateful to him. Such a lovely man. He still had four more deliveries to make - three local to Reading and one in Basingstoke on his way back to the Andover depot (just in case you’re expecting one of those deliveries)!

I feel like a kid at Christmas, so excited, and tempted to wake the kids up to say he’s been, he’s been!! 😂

I'm getting desperate, I really need to book a delivery and do some shopping somewhere somehow

Just got in to edit my order for Friday but there are no slots available to book now and seems none released after the 29th. Cannot imagine the scramble when new slots are released.

Yup I just did the same mylene!

Has anyone managed to get an order booked for after the end of March? I'm checking regularly and there's not even an option to look at Arpil and my future Reserved slots are unsurprisingly failed.

Just got on without any queue and there were slots available for Sunday 19 April. I'm in SE England.

@wornoutdad Before they closed the site the bookings were already full into April (I have one April 6th). Any new dates up to that point are likely as and when they can squeeze additional deliveries in.

I got so excited, home page came straight on, I clicked on cancel order (I now have a Sainsbury's slot) and it sent me to the back of the queue.

It let me log on but now I'm still back in the queue?

@Number12 it's so annoying isn't it. I'm in London, not sure if this has anything to do with it.

I just managed to get onto ocado straight away. However, no available slots.

I have a delivery booked for this Saturday morning and, ever since last night, I’ve been able to get straight onto the Ocado site to edit my order. I also managed to book a new slot for 18 April!
