I found that if your number stays the same, you need to start again it means you have frozen.

If the site boots you out once you've logged in, you just need to do the shorter login queue again, not the shopping queue and then you can carry on.

I had success yesterday morning but also at 3am when you get straight onto the site.

Still no new slots available when I looked yesterday.

I have two which I was going on to edit that I booked ages ago.

Asda had trouble with the Verified by Visa thing earlier and many people couldn't check out (including me till 5 minutes ago) so there may be some slots open still.

Not necessarily @FreakStar as I always have a bunch opened and managed to get in today, and yesterday only had one tab for half a day (12 hours straight) and no joy. I think it depends if the site glitches or no, more question of luck than anything else.

I just wish they’d release more slots - I’m going to have to keep queuing to get into the website a couple of times a day until they do.

I had a problem checking out my Ocado order yesterday at the Verified by Visa stage: it just wouldn’t go to the confirmation, and my trolley stayed full.

Fixed it by switching to PayPal payment (same card!) and it went through fine. Now just keeping fingers crossed for the shopping coming ok!

I'm so fed up with it. We're on day 9 of self-isolation and the fridge is getting bare. We're a big family so I feel bad asking neighbours to do a big shop for us on top of their own, not that anyone's offered.

I tried at 5am today and got on the site within 10 minutes but no slots available anyway.

Don't those with more than one delivery slot booked up feel guilty? Doesn't matter that you booked it up ages ago!

When I was filling my basket on there this morning, I was surprised that none of their usual offers were on there. Not that I'm accusing them of profiteering, but...

Please be advised that we will be clearing this virtual queue at 9pm tonight in order to upgrade its functionality. You can still wait in this queue for access to the site for editing an existing order only. You will need to complete your edits by 9.30pm.

I have been in the queue several times daily with absolutely no luck in finding any slots, but today at around 6pm, I secured one for 17th April. It feels like ages away, but I am grateful for anything right now! It’s a total lottery; I think they are releasing handfuls of slots at random intervals.

My order turned up an hour early, no subs and just one missing packet of sausages.

Hopefully after the upgrade tonight they will sort out the queuing system.

Tiredeyesalways no I don’t feel guilty for having multiple delivery slots, why should I? I’ve shopped this way for 5 years with Ocado and as you say booked it ages ago before this all started

If I cancelled my once every 2 weeks extra delivery then I can’t see Ocado releasing it this stage.

I hope you get a delivery slot

This happened to me too, ages ago. I didn’t understand either, but that order came ok, & I've been paying with PayPal ever since.

Managed to get in tonight and set up a reserved slot going forwards. No space for the next three weeks but hopeful that it will pick up a slot when they open after that.

It was saying a four hour queue but it took about half an hour to tick down.

bookgirl1982 I’d be wary of the reserved slots. They only book your slot 6 days before it is due and people on here have been complaining recently there are no slots and their delivery is cancelled.

When I book my future slots I always put the minimum spend in to secure the delivery slot

Looks like they are now doing priority editing of orders 24 hrs in advance. I wonder if there's anything in stock at that point. I queued earlier to add shopping for others to my order and was restricted on bread products (couldn't buy rolls/wraps + hot cross buns) and milk. Also lots of stuff was out of stock for Friday.
