Hello. Are you in the Ocado virtual queue? What position are you?
Would you like some company?

It's 2am your time .. I'm overseas trying to to an order for our elderly parents who are self isolating .. and there's still another 600 people in front of me !! Their list is so cute .. they want a frat bentos pie and some digestives ..makes me miss them and home even more .. also making me hungry but not sure for a fray bentos pie ?!!

Got in but no delivery slots for them - off to amazon to find random items instead

Edited my order but no future slots. Eek!

I have a few questions if anyone can help! After all the press, I haven't even tried to get on the Ocado website for a new order, not since my last "normal" order was delivered a couple of weeks ago.

Is there any point me even giving it a go? If I have to sit in a virtual queue for hours, how many are we talking at the mo? Do you have to keep the web tab open the whole time and how do you know once you can book a delivery? A pop up message?

I am usually a weekly customer with a delivery pass, are they refunding them while people can't get any slots? Should I keep the delivery pass or give up with Ocado and cancel it?

I have had a really positive experience with Ocado. yes the queue is sometimes long but I just go away and leave it running then come back to it. I have delivery pass and weekly reserved slot that I am now sharing with a friend as well as adding things in for friends. love the way that even in these times I can still get virtually everything I need. Keep it up Ocado I did try Waitrose a month or so ago but never again.

Just managed to edit the final order I have booked for next week. Then there are no slots available at all for me after that so it may be my last delivery for a while...

Just got on relatively quickly but no slots available for the next few days. Can't look ahead into April.

It’s quick but it’s pointless. The slots page is so blank it’s just three dates and nothing around it.

managed to get in at 3am, after just 15 mins waiting but there were no slots available..... :( will need to try again tonight

There must be so many more people trying to use it. I just popped on and the queue was about 7000 people.

Yesterday I kept it open in another tab on my work computer. It took about three hours to get on but I didn’t really notice because I was working all that time anyway.

is it the norm to see your number go down, the queue go up but then get stuck for hours? I have once dared to refresh and it put me to the back of the queue again....

I have a weekly Sunday slot set up - at least I think so! It's not clear from the latest messages whether regular reserved slots are still reserved. Like others, I'm struggling to get up the queue to even check. There would usually be an email on a Monday with a reminder of the slot and creating the order, but I've had nothing....

15 min wait at 5:30 this morning.

Next weeks reserved slot was there but it says the week after is a problem. I think it said the same last week so might just be the reserved slot is ok just not showing yet. Hope so, shopping for friends and neighbours and we are isolating :-/

I'm giving up on Ocado.

It's an absolute joke.

If you don't have a pre-booked delivery slot, it's impossible to get one.

20 years as a customer & I won't shop with them again. When this is all over I'll be switching to Waitrose online.

Once again I waited only two minutes in the middle of the night. Once again no further slots available.

But I don’t think we should take it personally. They could never have anticipated this. It must be a nightmare for them.

I got on it earlier.. there are no slots beyond 6th April, and my Ocado reserved slot can’t be booked at all.. really unimpressed with the lack of communication all round but particularly about slot availability..
