Hello. Are you in the Ocado virtual queue? What position are you?
Would you like some company?

I have just given up after my 3rd queue...
I have an auto generated shop and I wanted to edit...

I also got to something like 220 from first 16k and then 9k

I suspect it’s not a real counter. If I could be bothered I’d have a look around the back end (yes I am that nosey) to see if I can see what it is.

Has anyone actually got onto the site yet?

Nope three queues just got into site said error and crashed out to back of queue.

I have given up for now

3 times sent to.back of queue. Jeez. I have an automated order I need to.change.

Queue number 7 - each time I get to log-in I am sent back.

It is possible that priority is being given to elderly, self isolating etc. This and other services will be crucial for some.

I too just keep getting into new queues, I'm almost there and then, into another queue, but it sounds like it will be like last night with the error message.

Glad it's not just me, I thought I was being really unlucky, trying to get in since 6:30, onto my 5th queue now!

I would like to think so, but it would help if those of us who have orders placed or auto generated orders can edit or even cancel them.

Exactly. I have an automated order that I don't need most of ...

But how do tey know who is self isolsating? I am in for 12 weeks but how do I tell them that? How do you get priority?

I keep getting stuck in a loop of queuing and the ‘sorry something went wrong with your login, click on the link we’ve sent you and try again’... back to another bloody queue!

How can the queue be prioritising vulnerable/elderly? The megaloop wait times are BEFORE you log in, so they haven’t identified the user to know whether you are 25 year old Jane Smith or 87 year old Edna Jones.

I got on the site after queue three, I was very pleased with myself to then find out it was totally pointless as there are no delivery slots available.

I wonder if they will move into a new model:

You can only book up to 1 week -10 days ahead
You must pay on a card when you book (and refunded/extra charge where order is different)

At one stage - you could have as many deliveries as you liked booked up to 3 weeks ahead. YOu could stick £500 stuff in your trolley and then edit down to £150 just before.
This panic booking of slots and then panic filling of trolleys followed by emptying of trolleys and maybe slot cancellations where people panic booked slots with lots of supermarkets has probaby completely messed up ocado's ability to control stock

Managed to get on after about 2 hours and got a delivery for tonight, should be ok now till i don't have to self isolate anymore.

Sorry, wendz86 - are you saying Ocado are now offering same day delivery?

Yes i logged on and only had deliveries for this evening.

There are only 3 days of slots in my area at a time at the moment. There are none available in that three days but they only seem to be releasing 3 days at a time.

There were posts last week where posters were getting vastly different length of queue numbers, so possibly.

I can only see as far as my next slot (next Monday) I wonder if they are stopping people having more than one active slot?
