The Ocado Queue Thread.

Hello. Are you in the Ocado virtual queue? What position are you?
Would you like some company?

I am on queue number for. I need a shower and to get ready to wfh. I am too scared to leave!

All I want to do is book a delivery for some time in April. I don't want to sit in a queue for an hour or more if there's no realistic possibility of doing that. Couldn't they use that waiting screen to let us know accurately what we can and can't do when we log on with a view to getting the queues down in length?

I've got a delivery booked for 1st April which I can't edit yet, but that's OK. Even if I can't get back on to edit it, I've just reviewed what I ordered from my confirmation email and it's all fine. One or two things I missed off, others I'd like to change the quantity, but in these straitened times no big deal if none of that can happen. If I ever get another slot, I will aim to do a sensible order straight away in case editing remains difficult.

Move they are closing the site overnight now until 6am.

No. They closed it last night for maintenance. That doesn’t mean it’s closed every night.

Flamingo the message I saw online said it would be every night. Can’t check though that screen is gone.

Well, let's hope not. I got up to go to the loo at 4am and thought 'Ocado!' Cannot tell you how gutted I was to see the website was closed till 6am.

The one I saw said it was closed for maintenance between 3am and 6am Tuesday the 24th.

Ha I checked too. I can’t be absolutely sure as it was a brief flash. So still check I reckon.

I went on at 6.30 and went through two queues.

Got to top of second queue and then went back to beginning behind 13,000 people 😳

Delivery coming today. Two substitutes (one rubbish) and no lemon juice, eggs, jelly. Everything else spot on.

I’m number 14009 in the queue. I will never ever complain when I get out on hold ‘you are number 5 in the queue...’

Has anyone actually managed to log on this morning?
I’ve got an order coming tomorrow that I’d like to edit but I’ve already spent 2 hours staring at the computer being bumped from one queue to another.

I got on, went to log in and got kicked back to the log in queue!

im now on my 4th queue, is it just going in circles?

I had two queues yesterday and gave up after the second queue was 30,000+.

I am also going round and round this morning. Am I right in thinking other companies websites are not this difficult to use? Why is Ocado like this? They should be the best in this situation not the worst

It's going in circles.

I want to a book a slot around 10th April onwards. If they have no slots after 4th April as is the case they need to communicate this.

Then I would not be clogging the queue.

But I never got the email saying you can edit this week's order so I don't trust them. I've had to go in and keep tryiing otherwise I wouldn't have been able to edi tht eoder.

Other people got an email.

Customer service is closed.

Got through 5 queues onto the website.. and just get a message saying somethings wrong, call the customer service line quoting an error code.... 2 hours no success....

Their communication is nonexistent..

Ocado don’t delivers to my area and the warmest supermarket floor I can get is in April!! 😱 We are self isolating too.

For fuxake! I was 255 (after starting at 13,423) and now I've pinged back to 9000!
