I got my receipt only 2 items missing, so happy and relieved!

My last slot is booked 4th April, after that there ate no more bookable slots. That's or folks, l reckon bojo is making plans to commander deliveries for old people, vulnerable and key workers. Fair enough.

I’ve just managed to edit my order for later in the week. We’ve gone from ordering for 4 of us to 11 as elderly parents x 3, plus SIL, BIL and kids as BIL is immunity issues. Had to make some interesting choices of what to buy due to the individual item limit.
Have another order booked for 2nd.
Not sure what we are going to do if can’t do if can’t get online with shopping for 11 and me and DH are both key workers

Received my shop with just two substitutes. My delivery driver said he had a full van but that was 21 separate deliveries which is usual. He was typically having a full van with 10/12 deliveries earlier this week. He feels that it’s starting to calm down a bit.

I got in it yesterday after 3 hours wait but it just said it is sold out. I have a reserved slot for this Friday but could not create an order or add anything in the basket for that date.

I saw this morning that Ocado is SOLD OUT for monday and Tuesday so no editing possible now.

I still can't book a new slot though. I have a reserved slot for 10th but it shows as cancelled.

I have a Smartpass but can’t even book a slot. Ocado either need to cancel all Smartpasses and issue is with a refund, or have priority booking for Smartpass holders.

I have been an Ocado customer for 20 years.

Never booked a regular slot, just as and when I've needed it.

I got my delivery on Friday no problem (booked 6 days earlier, before it went completely nuts).

But it doesn't look as if I'll ever be able to book another one - it's only ever open now for customers with pre-booked orders.

I am not sure but they might have released some new slots overnight for mid April which have all sold out as when I clicked forward on book a slot there was not a blank page but a grid with slots - none available of course.

And I never got the email about editing my order. I just did it anyway when I realised I could get in.

AND it's not letting me edit my order for next Friday. This suggests that nobdody can edit now as Friday 29th was last day they said you could edit for now.

If Smart Passes are refunded, I’d prefer to donate mine to their You Give, We Give scheme every month to help them continue to support the food banks. I hope if it comes to it there’ll be a quick and easy way to do this.

Not true. My order isn’t due until Friday and I managed to edit it last night at 12.30 and this morning at 6am.

I have a Tesco delivery next weekend (hopefully) and had the bright idea of looking on amazon pantry - however there are slots ever as an option.

Almost, UntamedWisteriaGrin - you’re a few days short, as they were founded in April 2000. I fear they may not remember your free anniversary bottle of wine this year. Wine

It is frustrating. I’ve used them for nearly eleven years, and had a SmartPass for most of that time. Now I’m afraid to attempt to get onto the site (no email re my March 26 order) in case absence of slots for all of the rest of time sends me into a deep depression.

And I’m wondering if this is a reasonable reaction or not. I managed for decades without home delivery of groceries. And still (until very recently) made the odd dash to M&S or slightly distant organic/whole food shops. (Farmers’ markets near me are choked by traffic fumes so not particularly attractive.) But there weren’t queues around the building then.

If my Thursday order comes I can possibly manage for a month with what I already have - though by the end it’ll be light on vegetables and rather heavy on soda bread. I don’t have a houseful of hungry children though - let’s hope Ocado successfully readjusts, soon.

I'm just frustrated I'm now having to buy things I no longer need as I can't edit tomorrow's order. I added things last Tuesday after struggling to get some essentials (cat litter, bread etc.) from Ocado or elsewhere but I've since got them and no longer need any more now but haven't had a chance to remove anything since then. I also haven't even had an email about this at all.

Surely as an online only retailer it should be easier for them to manage stock as everything comes from a warehouse?

I really appreciate all the staff working hard of course!

I managed to get on and edit my order for next Sunday. Fingers crossed it doesn’t get cancelled. Haven’t been able to get any other delivery slots - I reckon they’re going to announce slots for vulnerable people / NHS workers. I really hope they do anyway

First, how would it know?
Second, if you don’t have an order booked then don’t go on. There are no slots to book so there is no point.
