I know a confirmed case and they had very mild fever for a few hours then sore arms. They only phoned 111 and got a test because of where they traveled from and their job. It doesn't floor everyone I think we should all know that by now.

Tom Hanks and his wife got tested because Australia have it right and testing everyone with symptoms no matter how minor. They have it right.

Because like many other illnesses it affects people differently. He has a mild case I would imagine.

Local guy had it here and said his main symptom was sore leg muscles, no breathing issues at all. Only got tested because his work colleague was just back from Italy and positive.

It seems like it’s a very odd virus, Nadine Dorris has said she felt really very poorly for well over a week but her 86 (is it) year old Mum wasn’t as poorly or for as long apparently 🤷‍♀️.

He may well have been tested as part of a new job. His employers on set will want to know if their star is fit and healthy and ready to work so it may well be that they paid for him to be tested in order to know whether they could go ahead with scheduling filming.

The replies to this thread have made me feel so much better (been stuck at home since Friday) thank you to those keeping things in perspective because i was losing mine.

80-85% of the population who catch the virus will experience no-to-mild symptoms.

It's all the scaremongering in the media and MN that everyone who catches it needs a ventilator and/or dies.
