ofwarren Egypt officially has 15 cases, but is implicated in a number of exported cases. A large proportion of Greece’s cases are from a group which went on a pilgrimage tour to Egypt and Israel (21 cases).

@Furfckssake Did the China wave start earlier than that graph shows? If so, then the long phase of slow increase simply isn't shown? Otherwise they are similar, the rest of the world is just at an earlier stage.

@crunchycarrot that is what I think - the daily mail first hand account has someone in late November and there was certainly movement in December about it. News had hit far before Jan 22

Can someone explain to me about how the testing isn't reflective of the actual amount if cases. I know it's in the thread somewhere but I just need to say to my husband quickly because he thinks it's not that bad here as we've tested 20k people and only had 165 cases...

It definitely started before 22nd as restrictions in my province started on 25th/26th and we are 280 miles from Wuhan. We knew there was an issue in Wuhan before 22nd and rumours re the the spread outside Hubei province were circulating on 23rd.

I haven't had, in about 4 months but tonight I've had to pour myself one.

I have felt pretty calm and prepared over the past couple months (prepped as much as I can financially) and honestly starting to feel pretty nervous about what is to come.

Ive been following these threads since the beginning and preparing for what I sometimes 'hoped' I was being silly about. Now its slowly becoming very real.

Do we psychologically change when SHTF? Maybe become stronger...?
