- The good thing about older children SirVix is that they are generally more hygienic that the young ones. Less likely to cough in each others faces or wipe snot on their hands or hold hands or put things in their mouth.
My 17 year old is at college and he takes his handgel and gets fully changed when he comes home*
Unfortunately a lot of teenagers think it’s all a lot of crap that the oldies are being utterly OTT about and are deliberately coughing & sneezing in each other’s faces to prove how ‘not bothered’ they are and are just hoping school gets closed down 🙇🏻♀️
Your DS is probably less blasé because he’s seen what your younger DS has been through & knows how bad it would be for him to catch it. Thank god he’s so sensible.
I’ve been wondering about getting changed when I get home, but doing so 3-4 times a day is going to wear thin, make a ton of washing and I’m not sure how much it would help. I travel by car or by foot not PT. I’ll up the Dettol spray in the car & be more careful about what I’m leaning on when out though.
Frankly I’d quite like to spray sanitise the house and anyone going in or out, quit working & stay home!
The more I’m doing, the more I realise there’s more I’m not doing, or can’t do 😖
