Netanyahu has said Hamas is still stealing aid. I thought the whole argument of this controversial system with it's many flaws which has caused hundreds of deaths and injuries, was all somewhat justified because it prevented Hamas from getting aid?

And now they are planning on halting aid again because Smotrich is threatening to leave the government.

Until the IDF present a plan how they will stop Hamas. I thought the genius plan was the inhumane GHF model?

The whole thing is an utter shambles but a deadly shambles for the Palestinian people.

Thank you for your informed updates @Whatsinanamehey . I have no words for what they are doing and I am in horror daily at what is happening with this aid situation. How can they be allowed to do this in plain sight of the world is beyond me. I just hope that the tide will turn for the poor Palestinians soon and that the people responsible will get their reckoning.

It really is, Palestinians have been killed daily whilst trying to get aid from this failed model all under the guise that it's justified because Hamas can't get the aid anymore.

Haaretz have published an article where IDF soldiers told them they were ordered by their superios to kill hungry Palestinians who posed no threat. I hope all those who have been defending this new system and blaming Palestinians for not following the routes or times or whatever excuse the IDF gave at the time, see this for what it is.

Israeli roops have admitted to deliberately shooting and killing unarmed Palestinians waiting for aid in the Gaza Strip, following direct orders from their superiors.
According to soldiers and officers who spoke to Haaretz, commanders instructed them to open fire on people seeking food at aid distribution points despite knowing they posed no threat.
One soldier described the distribution centres as a "killing field".
"Where I was stationed, between one and five people were killed every day," the soldier told Haaretz.
"They're treated like a hostile force, no crowd-control measures, no tear gas. Just live fire with everything imaginable: heavy machine guns, grenade launchers, mortars."

After this damning report was published the IDF said they will 'investigate themselves'.

The Palestinians have been saying from the start of when this failed GHF system was implemented by Israel, that they have been shot at daily which then started to escalate to even grenades and tank fire. But people didn't want to believe them. Now IDF soldiers are not only admitting to these war crimes but are saying they were ordered to murder hungry Palestinians by their superiors.
