Conflict in the Middle East

Anti Israel Rhetoric is rife. Why?

1000 replies

cindyhove · 05/04/2025 14:19

As of April 5, 2025, numerous armed conflicts are ongoing worldwide, varying in scale and intensity. According to the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights, over 110 armed conflicts are currently being monitored, encompassing both international and non-international engagements.
why is israel the only one to be demonised out of the current 110 conflicts?
The answer is blindingly obvious

You do believe everything the IDF say though.

Where’s the proof they were not?

Because Hamas says so?

Why didn’t the IDF say they were all Hamas?

Surely looks better to all us blood thirsty, child killer justifiers, pro-Israel numb nuts who believe all they say?

I think you’ll find it is IDF making the claim to justify their killing. Hence would expect IDF to provide evidence. Its looking really bad for them in the international press - but no clarity for their claims so far.

It was Red Cross saying they were not Hamas. And they were unarmed.

Did you not believe all the IDF lies initially? The ambulance lights were off etc etc you swallowed all their lies because Palestinian medics couldn't possibly say the truth. And now their lies have been caught out you have come back to defend more lies.

Kakeandkake · 07/04/2025 22:59

At what point are you going to open your eyes and realise the IDF lies. They are liars who lie and lie and lie and lie. They get caught out in their lies so the lie again and so on and so forth. Don't you feel angry that you got duped defending their lies?

cindyhove · 07/04/2025 23:27

Polka83 · 07/04/2025 22:50

Mistakes? They somehow seem to have been repeated suggesting systemic issues. Like the killing of aid workers.

IDF now, I have read, don’t identify their soldiers by name in press articles and advice they not to post incriminating evidence on their SM accounts.

https://www.theguardian.com/law/2025/apr/07/ten-britons-accused-of-committing-war-crimes-while-fighting-for-israel-in-gaza

Well there is an obvious reason for that. Off they go overseas they are targeted

At times they lie. Like all armies, like all politicians, like most humans at some point…. It’s not just the IDF that did that

The killing of multiple aid workers. Preventing aid from reaching innocent people. Have you not read whistle blower accounts of torture or of killing everyone who enters certain zones just because. These aren't mistakes, you don't kill 15 people one by one then crush life saving medical equipment and bury 15 bodies and vehicles in a mass grave and then lie about what hapoened by mistake. You don't torture people by mistake. These are breaking international law Cindy. You may be willing to nod along and that's fine but trying to shame people who don't feel that way and would really like International law to be abided by for all of our safety including yours is not on.

The burial is actually part of international law so that they are not left on the ground to be eaten by wildlife

An Israeli official was interviewed at the time of the bombing who also claimed there were no churches in Gaza. How embarrassing.

Oh yes I remember that now.

Targeted? I think you mean held to account.
There are senior lawyers involved so would expect evidence to be not insubstantial to take to the Met.

cindyhove · 07/04/2025 23:33

Mylegishangingoff · 07/04/2025 21:37

For a world that hates them so much Israel sure have gotten a lot of support, weapons, billions of dollars, countries refusing to vote on ceasefire resolutions, countries refusing to sanction them for breaking international law, fly overs from the RAF to name but a few.

This where would you like them to go thing doesn't fly. What happened on Oct 7 was awful, terrible, barbaric and Israel have received support in spades. It's clear that 'the world' doesn't expect them to go anywhere. Some people would just really like it if they would stick to International law instead of making a joke of it by bareface lying about what is happening and expecting everyone to nod along like idiots. This constant trying to shame and guilt people to shut up and accept that the laws that make us all safer now should mean nothing because Israel want to do as they please is tiresome.

It’s really not a case of going what they want. It’s doing what is needed for survival

Fuck me! They're so concerned about international law that they have to bury the bodies, while simultaneously being so unconcerned by international law that they kill fifteen aid workers in ambulances? Take a moment to think about what you just typed and maybe look at how twisted your thinking has to be to defend what you're defending.

Ah yes, the Red Cross who refused to deliver life saving medicine to hostages held in Gaza.

I wonder if that contributed to any deaths of dead hostages still held in Gaza.

The Red Cross Has Abandoned Israeli Hostages and Its Pretense of Neutrality

The Red Cross has once again failed the Jewish people by choosing to appease its enemies rather than help those in need. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), in its mission statement, claims to be "an impartial, neutral, and independen...

We have already seen the Israelis lie about this when they said the ambulances weren't lit and identifiable And they kept on lying for over a week until the bodies and mobile footage was found. Why would you believe anything they say?

All the Israeli soldiers had to do was to tell the families and colleagues what they had done and they would have dealt with the burials. They buried them and squashed the ambulances to.hide their guilt

See this is what I mean by swallowing propaganda whole without question. There's plenty of instances of IDF soldiers roaming around Gaza with dead bodies on the ground. Even taking selfies with dead bodies in the background. Retreating from areas and Palestinians going back to bury their loved ones that they find killed. The IDF never thought to bury any of them but suddenly they cared so much that they buried them AND their ambulances too. Care to explain why they buried the ambulances too?

Kakeandkake · 08/04/2025 05:52

Do the wildlife also eat ambulances ? Because they flattened and buried those too. I don’t know why you started this thread because you seem to have swallowed the propaganda whole.

Conjuncture, by a rightwing, US conservative Trump backing organisation....

Where as we know the IDF gunned down 3 hostages who had escaped, were surrendering to the IDF but shot dead regardless... plus shot dead 15 aid workers and then covered it up.... numerous examples of IDF brutality.
