This is a picture of Hamas, we know they're not starving, what's your point?

Have you tried looking at the people being released from Israeli prisons (I won't call them prisoners because a lot of them have never been convicted of any crime)? Do they look nice and healthy? Cnn report many of those released today were emaciated and in poor health. Hopefully my link will work.

The point is , as has already been posted, is that Hamas and their supporters did not suffer starvation. The hostages did. HTH

Honestly. The absolute guff from a lot of posters on here is mind-blowing.

And yet there's so many being released, some with no charges against them....

I must admit the awful parading of the hostages on stage surrounded by masked gunman isn't going to garner the Palestinians much sympathy. It all looks so intimidating, the poor female hostages looked terrified. All these armed, masked men in fatigues driving 4WD trucks shouting seems the wrong message while displaced Gazans are living in tents on piles of rubble.

@MissyB1 I think the conditions of release of Palestinian detainees are very harsh. Waiting families are tear-gassed and they are threatened not to celebrate the release. Some of the young boys released were shockingly thin, heads shaved and looked very traumatised. According to Amnesty many will have been tortured and sexually violated. Indeed, the rape of a detainee was captured on CCTV, and the right to do so publicly argued in Israel. The three male hostages do indeed look thin and traumatised. It is terrible to think how they must have been treated. I do not think Hamas would treat hostages any better than Israeli prisons treat detainees. It may even be worse, as they are so isolated from any international standards relating to human rights. Unfortunately, the treatment of each other has become truly inhumane.

I doubt very much that all the 'ordinary Palestinian people' starved. Majority of them seem to be Hamas supporters judging by pictures published by the terrorists themselves when releasing hostages. But you do you.

They are not hostages. But you know that.

We have to assume the Bibas family are dead. The rules governing the release were:

1. The living before the dead

2.Civilian women

1. Female soldiers
2. Civilian men
3. Male soldiers.
4. The dead

The fact Ariel Kfir and Shiri Bibas haven't been mentioned suggests they are dead, although I'm guessing the confirmation of this won't come until the end of this stage of the negotiations to avoid inflaming the situation.

Here we go again, Palestinian civilians were not starving, babies didn't strave to death, they didn't die of hypothermia, kids weren't shot in the head by Israeli snipers, it was all lies dreamed up by the aid workers and healthcare staff on the ground apparently 🙄🙄
You do know there are British, European and American healthcare staff and aid workers there? Are they just pathological liars?
