This is nonsensical. Israel hasn't had food shortages. Gaza has. The amount of food going in has been minimal.

But are the terrorists eating most of it? Not giving to the civilians and the hostages? Thats what I'm wondering 🤔

Looking at the photos ...one of the Hamas terrorists looks really quite rotund ...I think we can safely say they're not going hungry

marmaladeandpeanutbutter · 08/02/2025 10:58

What do you expect? Israel won't allow food into Gaza and everyone has been starving. The navel gazing is astounding.

And yet so many of the Hamas fighters appear to be quite well fed...dare I say, in some cases, rather overfed.

Kendodd · 08/02/2025 12:49

It least they're not dead.

Kendodd · 08/02/2025 12:49

I think the red haired woman and her two babies are.

NigelHarmansNewWife · 08/02/2025 12:49

I think this is appalling, parading these men in this way on the international stage. Let the Red Cross act as intermediaries and just release them. One has lost his wife and daughters and may not have even known whilst Hamas was exploiting him and the other two for its own aims.

Ilovemytulips · 08/02/2025 12:54

The hostages look really thin and not very well. So do many of the Palestinians released today who have had to be hospitalised immediately. Its so sad how humans treat other humans.

I hope all the hostages are released and this dreadful conflict comes to an end.

Their names are Shiri, Ariel and Kfir Bibas.

EasternStandard · 08/02/2025 13:31

Kendodd · 08/02/2025 12:49

It least they're not dead.

No thought to the suffering they've endured?

What a shameful comment. What the others said.

SharonEllis · 08/02/2025 13:37

marmaladeandpeanutbutter · 08/02/2025 12:00

Aid has been getting into Gaza in extremely small quantities and there has been international outrage about it. That's my last comment to you, since you won't hear.

We all heard.

This. @Kendodd can hardly have missed their names unless he only reads Hamas propaganda. Quite revealing!

The Hamas militants surrounding the emaciated hostages look very well fed …

Sorry - I realise many posters have pointed this out but the post was really quite shocking so I posted before reading the full thread

It least they're not dead.

Eli was told by Hamas to say he is looking forward to seeing his wife and daughters on his release. As he was met by the few family members he has remaining he is reported to have screamed "Where are they?" They were all murdered on 7th October and he didn't know. He came out to this news. His brother was also killed in captivity in Gaza.

No, he is not dead. Thankfully. But an innocent civilian has gone through hell already, and now comes out to this news.

You are despicable. The armed Nazi terrorists waving guns next to them look like they’re been getting plenty of food.

Musicofthespiers · 08/02/2025 14:17

Or Levy may not be aware that his wife was murdered in the bomb shelter either.

No, none of the Palestinians release today look like Holocaust survivors. None were made to partake in Nazi propaganda videos before being released. There is no equivalence.

Yet there are plenty of chubby Palestinians in the crowds

Its hard to imagine the pain. The sheer evil of the manipulation and psychological pain inflicted on the hostages and their families by Hamas. And its working in the wider propaganda war if people's responses is that at least they are alive. How kind of Hamas to keep them alive as pawns in the war.

Whilst they weren't made to take part in videos, many of them were immediately hospitalised because of the terrible conditions they were released in and has been reported on.

Today's release only just magnifies the need to get all the hostages home immediately. This needs to be sped up somehow. I think from a humanitarian perspective we should be able to look at both sides.

EasternStandard · 08/02/2025 14:28

The callousness of this … 💔

Some of these posts are really that

It's too much. The hostages are people who have been through hell, you can see it

They're next to terrorists with weapons and hidden faces. These posts are something else
