I just managed to read the previous post before it got deleted for being inflammatory. Not to me it wasn't but then I don't support terrorists.
Many, many people do stand for Israel and not for Hamas (and by definition their supporters; you know who you are).

Sorry I probably worded my post wrong - I agree, I meant that many will still say so but I don't imagine even they truly believe it at this stage.
I meant Hamas hold some of the blame, but a heck of a lot lies with the IDF and Israeli government. What the IDF have done is absolutely unforgiveable.

It's hilarious (without actually being funny) that people think Israel needs people to stand up for it. It's got nuclear weapons, military support from the US which is for all practical purposes unlimited and unconditional, and is ignoring international law with impunity. It's slaughtered nearly 30 times the number of people killed on 7 October, including over 11,000 children. Meanwhile Palestinians are starving to death, having limbs amputated without anaesthetic and dying of dysentery in tents, when they're not being bombed to smithereens or gunned down in their cars. Gaza's main aid agency has been defunded at Israel's urging in the absence of evidence, and Israeli settlers are trying to block even the meagre amounts of aid which are still getting in. And polling shows that a majority of Israelis think the army isn't using enough firepower in Gaza. Christ knows what they think the IDF should actually do.

Very sad video. The wholesale slaughter of babies and toddlers will be Israel's legacy after this conflict. Stomach-turning.

@Fussandmisery all I am concerned about is that if they show true support for Hamas or are antisemitic (like last nights threads) they are deleted.

Surely you would want that too? We have acceptable parameters about things we can talk about. It's in the rules.
