Israel’s assault on Rafa has begun. Please be reminded this is the place we’re all of the 2.2 million civilians we’re told to evacuate to ensure their safety.
But that was a lie by the IDF, who are now shelling mosques and residential buildings in Rafah. Gazan Palestinians are trapped. There is nowhere for the them to go.

And then the medical person trying to rescue the wounded man has to crawl on his belly to reach him , then drag him towards himself and the stretcher by the foot so as to avoid getting sniped-off themselves.

I also saw the image beneath the one you posted of the soldiers posing with some captured/detained men.

It is is dreadfully sad. It is of a teenage boy sleeping on top of the bloody shrouded body of his dead mother as he hugs her.

For some context, overnight a 60 and 70 year old Israeli hostages were rescued from a building in Rafah's refugee camp. The fighting going on is Israel trying to rescue its hostages.
So indeed Hamas is using Gazan refugees as human shields.

I think that you may be on the wrong thread with your attempted justifications of these haunting images. This is genocide. Plain and simple. You are disrespecting each and every single one of the victims with each attempt of excusing these acts. Along with their families.

So rescuing 2 people justifies the killing of others ? Something that could have been achieved with an agreement with both parties?

Also,I seem not to be the only one feeling something is strange in all this , I’ve read comments that deny what idf are saying and that these 2 people were rescued the day before and not in Rafah

It is not a genocide to kill in war whilst trying to rescue hostages from the enemy!
I do not mean disrespect to any innocent victims killed and suffering in this war. I am simply putting blame for the casualties where it rightfully belongs.

The Israeli Occupation Force is the one who has murdered them. Snipers also outside a hospital ~ yet again. It is disrespectful to be saying that. Very disrespectful. I am sure you wouldn't be saying that if it happened to be one of your family members or someone you happened to know.

@niceandnew whilst I am furious at Hamas and do believe they have a huge part to blame in what is happening in Gaza I disagree that this absolves any wrong doing by the IDF.
They are also to blame for any of their actions that contravene international and humanitarian law.
And that's not just me saying it, if you have been following the news then you must have seen the growing international outcry/criticism not only from hostile countries but also from allies regarding the actions of the IDF and the devestating death toll.
Just this morning a Dutch court has ordered to halt the export of fighter jet parts because:
"It is undeniable that there is a clear risk the exported F-35 parts are used in serious violations of international humanitarian law,"

If you’re posting this in attempting to justify the warm crimes committed by the IDF on innocent civilians, then you’re logic fails with me. So don’t bother

Gazan Palestinians become those shields not only when terrorists hide amongst them, but when then are indiscriminately shot, bombed and murdered by IDF terrorists.

This is not a war. It’s is an attack on innocent people. It is genocide. It’s domicide. It is collective attack and punishment.

Frankly, if you have looked through these images on this thread, literally, an innocent child dismembered and dangling, from her bombed apartment, and level that with yourself as just, I feel sorry your loss of humanity. Go to another thread.
