Warning. Extremely distressing content of injured children. One child's bone is poking through their leg. I hope every single person responsible for these atrocities never has another days peace.

Eyewitness accounts: ‘The Israeli soldiers murdered Palestinian men in cold blood’

“They searched us and forced the women to remove their headscarves. They brought the young men down, who were naked, and executed them one by one.”

Eyewitnesses told Al Jazeera on Wednesday that Israeli forces carried out field executions against some residents of the Anan building on Al-Jalaa Street in Gaza. This occurred after the forces stormed the building and trapped the women and children in rooms inside.

One eyewitness recounted how a man was shot after he raised his hands in the air and said he was a civilian, while another described Israeli soldiers murdering Palestinian men in “cold blood” in front of their families after they were stripped.

I'm just lost for words. The barbarity, the deliberate humiliation with a focus of sacrilegious acts (removing womens scarves, naked men in front them etc).

It's revenge designed to inflict trauma.

There's absolutely no coming back from this. May these poor souls find peace.

There is no justification for acts like this. None.

That is sickening
There's a pattern emerging with many of these videos where humiliation and degradation seems to be the driving factor behind them

braticus · 21/12/2023 21:32

@Parkingt111 It's the fact they feel so comfortable filming and sharing themselves doing it.

They must think no-one in the IDF or government will do anything to them, they're safe.

www.washingtonpost.com/world/2023/12/21/al-shifa-hospital-gaza-hamas-israel/

Washington Post have done an investigation and seem to confirm that Al-Shifa and 5 other hospitals were not connected to Hamas tunnels.

They say-

•	The rooms connected to the tunnel network discovered by IDF troops showed no immediate evidence of military use by Hamas.
•	None of the five hospital buildings identified by Hagari appeared to be connected to the tunnel network.
•	There is no evidence that the tunnels could be accessed from inside hospital wards.
anotherlevel · 21/12/2023 21:55

@braticus on the Hamas thread there's an article that's been shared about a member of Hamas saying that the hospital he worked in was used by Hamas. I wonder if this was one of the 5 hospitals that the Washington Post speaks about.

The evidence presented by the IDF as proof Al Shifa was a Hamas command centre was very flimsy and questionable.

Israel Gaza: 'I walked my kids past explosions and rotting corpses' www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-67635735

I couldn't read that. Its so unbearably upsetting and then fkin Netanyahu is just doubling down on the war not ending "until Hamas is eradicated".

How can people look at this footage and still say that Israel is trying to minimise civilian casualties? Was Hamas inside every single one of those buildings?

TRIGGER WARNING - this video involves a young child and is very upsetting. Please only click if you are comfortable to do so.
it’s broken me this evening and I think I’ll call it a night now. Am posting solely for the reason that if any one needs help convincing themselves or another about why we need a ceasefire. Now.

@Desertrose2023 Absolutely devastating. How people can look at these children and not see their own is beyond me. Just inhumane.

The link doesn't work for me. But whatever it was hugs @Desertrose2023 x

Desertrose2023 · 22/12/2023 15:21

Thank you @jammysocks @anotherlevel @braticus. I’ve seen so many of these videos now that I’ve built up quite a lot of resilience, but there are some that will be burned in my memory forever and this is one of them. He’s a similar age to my DC. I can’t believe that there are mothers and fathers out there that see these videos and still defend Israel. There was a poster whose name I won’t mention and I recall she said something on a thread a while back like the deaths of Israeli children upset her more because she could see her own kids in them. I just wish we lived in a world where we could see our own kids in all children. I also wish we didn’t live in a world ruled by men tbh.

"During the first six weeks of the war in Gaza, Israel routinely used one of its biggest and most destructive bombs in areas it designated safe for civilians"

I have just seen another video shot by a journalist. I'm not posting it as it is horrific. They bombed a car as it was traveling with a family inside whilst you can hear bombs on the back ground.

If you want to follow his page, it's in Arabic, it is Ahmedhijazee
