"They" tend to get upset when a thread is specifically set up to talk about Israeli hostages, antisemitism, marches against antisemitism, or about individual victims like this one is, and those threads are brigaded by people who can't bear any focus or solidarity towards these issues.
Every single thread devolves into 'Israel bad' without acknowledging that Israelis are continually attacked by terrorists on their border, with October 7th being the latest and most egregious. Without acknowledging that the ONLY, singular, nation for the Jewish people, who have been persecuted both in Europe and the Middle East, has been under attack since 1948. They haven't had one day of true peace in 75 years, despite being willing to negotiate and sign up to multiple peace agreements, giving up territory, dismantling settlements etc, and yet it's somehow surprising that things aren't great on the ground and we should all condemn Israel for being the most uniquely evil country in the world. And so on ad nauseum.
