Placards from antisemitic marches in London

I had written this as a response to the other thread which was closed as it was overrun by antisemitic d**ks. As I'm sure this one will be too. They can't allow us to share the truth of what is being said and done in our own home towns and cities.

Look at these images. No, they are not in the minority or unusual. Here are just a few of many, many overtly antisemitic placards from Saturday's protest in London. (And a bonus one from 2021, which the lovely John McDonnell also spoke at.)

This is MY HOME. I am Jewish. My family fled pogroms in Eastern Europe and Nazis in Germany. Those family members who didn't flee were murdered for being Jews. And here we fucking are again. In London. And people defending it.

This is NOTHING TO DO WITH ISRAEL. These are Jew-haters, the faces of hate, the faces of anger and mockery, openly calling for Jews, for me, my family, my children, my parents, to be murdered, in my home city.

And people are defending it. How the fuck do you think we feel?

A man attended the protest with a sign saying ‘Hamas is terrorist’. He gets confronted, called a son of a bitch, his sign pulled down and people shout in his face.
I don’t get it. We keep getting told these protestors don’t support Hamas and yet a good few people in the video seemed very angry at his sign?

Sorry haven’t read the whole thread, but where does it say calling a holocaust a holocaust is antisemitic? Genuine question.

Stomacharmeleon · 04/11/2023 19:51

@DownNative I agree absolutely.

I don't object to people marching. We just have this affliction almost now, this divine right to say exactly what we like because of where we live and we don't. We don't have the right to be antisemitic. We don't have the right to trample over other peoples feelings and frighten people. To demand and intimidate. A vast swathe of these people couldn't tell you where Gaza is or what it is to be Jewish. They are rotten to the core.

What has rioting got to do with Israel and Gaza. Violence begats violence though eh.

This is the problem, the radical element hide in the protests and gradually feel more and more confident when people around them join in chanting and singing anti semitic songs. Eventually some of the extremists feel emboldened and carry out attacks in Europe, The US in UK. They are already happening.

Yes totally this

Yep, most people could have guessed this would be the reaction. That is why this very brave man did this. Good on him.

This would be the reaction from half the protesters. Anyone that tells younother wise is either a useful idiot that knows nothing about the reality of the whole thing or lying. The only reason to lie about this is because you are trying to fool people. When in fact you are a Jew hater.

Why are they targeting that particular McDonald's? Is the franchisee Jewish?

Those girls laughing in the clip are a disgrace. Hope their image gets shared far and wide. I'm sure I saw the same girls on a tube where they were chanting Intifada. Laughing on that video too. I'll see if I can find it.

They don't care.

They are idiots. They live in a country that is tolerant. Shouting for a country that treats its own citizens so badly.
They don't shout for Hamas to stop, only Israel. They don't call for Hamas to consider their own people.

Straight after the pogrom local MCDONALDS gave out free food including to the Israeli soldiers. Which I think most people would say is reasonable considering these are local people working there

Anyway the protesters are to stupid to realise that MCDONALDS is a franchise in most countries. Therefore this was the franchise owner doing this.

Basically the IQ of these protesters is below that of my 3 year old. Plus they are Jew hating scumbags to protest about anything related to the few days after the pogrom when Hahad started to fire missiles at Israeli homes too

This is getting predictably worse quickly

The government and police should have cracked down on things in the first couple of weeks

StarbucksSmarterSister · 04/11/2023 20:42

And this. Where are the riot police? Our police shouldn't have to put up with this.

Bloody hell. The Met took away the protestor saying hamas are terrorists and let the ones supporting hamas carry on. WTF is wrong with them?

Fallenangelofthenorth · 04/11/2023 20:44

This is the video I was thinking about. It's a different woman, but still grinning her stupid head off as she prepares for a fun day out:

What happened to that water blasting riot truck Boris brought. At the time I thought it a bit dangerous. However if these people are going to endanger others then blast them with water and arrest the idiots.

These people are screeching "shame on you" at this man

A reasonable inference from that would be that they DONT think Hamas are terrorists

This is chilling.

He had to sell them off at a knock down price because they're not allowed.

Probably to keep them safe to be honest, I've seen it before at protests the police are looking for people being targeted to help remove them to safety. Why are people throwing fireworks at them? Honestly being a police officer has to be up there with one of the most thankless jobs ever, I wouldn't want to be one for a million quid!

Condo · 04/11/2023 21:31

I strongly object to these marches and want them banned as other countries like France have done. Whilst some are peaceful they are a front for anti western and antisemitic abuse. The footage of people screaming at people leaving Mac Donald’s tonight - wtf. It isn’t right and should not be happening.

HoldOnMiGenna · 04/11/2023 22:21

France doesn't pretend that racism in their nation is a one way thing from White French to "other". Plus the fact that France in recent years failed to nip unfortunate murderous Islamic anti Semitism in the bud , thus leading to high emigration of GENERATIONALLY French Jewry to Israel and the US.
Over here in the UK, specifically London, Muslim "No Go " zones were not stamped out and assimilation is othered far more for some more than others.
There will be hardly such a thing as a Black , Christian granny here for fifty years having to have her kids and grand kids translating on her behalf.
Holland damn near got emptied out of its Somali population over a decade ago because Holland demanded assimilation to her liberal values and the UK didn't and does not.
UK Multiculturalism is the furthest thing away from "melting pot" as can be. It translates mostly into ghettoism and " Radical Chic" in the cities.
It's why sensible people of all races in the UK put more emphasis on socio economic diversity than " diversity" , because a lot of us are over here to save ourselves from what we would be in our heritage countries, but have a resentment for this country and values that matches the energy of the worst of virulent White racists.
And this conflict is the perfect avenue within which to let off that wickedness within.
The rest of the country thinks that London has "gone"....to have the police standing rocksteady whilst having fireworks thrown at them just because those same firework throwers claim to support a Palestine thousands of miles away.
Who are the police afraid of upsetting why they do not do their job and hem up the agitators?
Then again, on these same British streets decades ago, people were allowed to march whilst calling for the death of an author because he 'insulted" their God and prophet.

Inch and mile comes to mind.

And remember the shrugging mayor that London is blessed with.
According to him, certain things come with living in a city.
Britain mash up , as my mother used to say.
Couldn't have been me being finger wagged after, going for a Big Mac. Police would have to carry me and a couple of them in handcuffs to a van. Brite!

From features of today's protest that you can find photos or videos of online:

*bulldozer with a Palestinian flag breaking down an Israeli border fence (symbolism of the destruction of Israel ?)

*A protester waved a sign showing an Israel flag being put into a bin

*A man was arrested with a sign threatening to blow up the House of Lords.

*Protesters some stopped the general public and asked them who they support

*Protesters stood in the entrance way to a MCDONALDS and shouted at customers including at least one small child as his family tried to leave

*Fireworks were fired at police officers

*A brave man held up a sign saying that was anti Hamas. So Protesters shouted at him, pushed him and tried to remove the sign

*At least two people have been confirmed arrested for assaulting a police officer

*By four O'clock 11 people had already been arrested in London. I don't know the final figure yet because the Trafalgar Square protester had a small group taken away by the police. Don't know if these were the firework lurching idiots but waiting to see if they were arrested.

There was one placard with a swastika on it.

There was the antisemetic protestor with the mike.

Trulywonderful · 04/11/2023 23:01

*The Metropolitan Police said they are still investigating a number of placards

*The British Transport Police began their own inquiries after footage circulated on social media of protesters on a London Tube carriage, chanting: “There is only one solution — intifada, revolution” and “smash the Zionist settler state”.

*A woman was also seen holding a placard which showed an image of the Star of David being thrown into a dustbin, with the slogan: “Let’s keep the world clean.”

  • Pro-Hamas pamphlets entitled: “Palestine: Resistance, Revolution and the Struggle for Freedom” were handed out by groups on the hard left at a stall set up in the square.

  • A protester - who gave his name as Mohamad and said he was from Khan Younis, questioned Hamas’s responsibility for the murder of babies on October 7.
“That was a mere lie portrayed unfortunately by many mass medias,” he said, adding: “I haven’t seen a single confirmed source. I would love to know so we can see if Hamas is as violent as they are saying.”

Trulywonderful · 04/11/2023 23:05

Just seen this released by the Metropolitan police force:

Four police officers were injured after pro-Palestinian protesters in London set off fireworks towards officers and into crowds.

Scotland Yard said a dispersal order was authorised at 6.43pm on Saturday and would remain in place until 1am on Sunday.

The Met Police said it had made 29 arrests on Saturday for inciting racial hatred, other racially motivated crimes, violence and assaulting a police officer.

Interesting report in The Telegraph. How can anyone like this be ‘advising’ the police? Where was the due diligence?

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2023/11/04/attiq-malik-met-police-adviser-from-river-to-the-sea-chant/

A hard-Left activist who was filmed leading chants of “from the river to the sea” at a pro-Palestinian rally is an adviser to the police on their response to protests over the Israel-Hamas conflict, The Telegraph can disclose.
Attiq Malik, a solicitor who has also railed against “global censorship by the Zionists”, was present in the police operations room during protests last month.
A video uncovered by The Telegraph shows Mr Malik instigating chants of “from the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” in 2021

Met Police adviser led ‘from the river to the sea’ chant

Lawyer Attiq Malik, who chairs official advisory body for Scotland Yard, instigated ‘offensive’ slogan
