Nothing to report here, 6 DPO and no symptoms whatsoever. I keep checking the thread tho for any news/BFPs. One thing.... No CM whatsoever all cycle so far except 3 days before OV I had EWCM only on one day. Is this normal?? Read somewhere that the pill can mess up the old CM.

Sorry if AF is getting you Loopy, sucks big time.

Also (I know I am rambling now), I read somewhere that if you drink more than 5 units a week you can half your chances of conceiving. WTF?? I thought I was good limiting to under 20. Considering stopping the booze altogher now. Anyone else doing this?

sillybillymummy · 29/07/2010 20:24

Good luck with the POAS-ing everyone x
I'm really not enjoying the SWI'ing..! I should be, when i had the coil, i looked forward to the day i could do it without, because it was uncomfortable - but i feel like we 'have' to do it.. not that we really want to.. I now understand how annoying it is ttc .. because it happened straight away with my first 2. Someone up there is making me realise how lucky i am/was.

Oh dear loopymumsy has she definitely rocked up? Or are you still holding out hope?

ravenlocks Maybe thats where i'm going wrong, i must stop having a big bottle of pear cider with my tea then!

Ravenlocks now I'm going to feel bad when I have a drink - that was one of the few advantage of not being pregnant!

Seriously, people tell you to relax and not obsess when TTC, but how can you do that if you have to think twice everytime you get offered a nice glas of wine?

zinnia · 29/07/2010 22:32

Ah loopy I am sorry - that's really rubbish for you. Fine wines all round.

Still waiting here - can't help holding out hope even though I know the FR must have been right yesterday. In the meantime have had stomach cramps since Monday lunchtime and am royally p*ssed off with it all.

mamaof1wantno2now · 29/07/2010 23:37

congrats to all the BFPs so far
am slightly confused this mth with whats going on with my body!?!
i'm at 6dpo today, since 1do i have had spotting on & off which i never have, worse on 3dpo & 5dpo, also bad low stomach cramps since 1dpo & bad back ache since, am not due af til 6th august
any clues??

Wombat33 · 30/07/2010 00:21

Quick hello to everyone! I haven't forgotten you all, just been totally run off my feet at work. Am a bit worried the stress will mean I don't ov this month, but am a week away yet so FX.

oh no, so sorry loopy. plenty of booze and smelly cheese for you this weekend and i hope the may bus is your final tour.

mamaof1 not sure about spotting that early past ovulation, sorry. if it's different to your usual cycle though that's got to be a good thing, right?!

it's rubbish you're being messed about delilah. hope you've got a busy day ahead to distract you a little.

zinnia · 30/07/2010 09:26

Bye loopy .
Hope you get sorted out today one way or the other delilah, the no AF/BFN/cramps limbo is a deeply unpleasant place to be. I just want to move on now myself.

ravenlocks · 30/07/2010 09:54

Good luck loopy on the May bus, this bus won't be the same without you!!

delilahbelle · 30/07/2010 09:58

Bye Loopy hope to be with you by the end of today or tomorrow - don't let anyone nick my seat.
I think the worst thing about AF being late this month is that OV is going to be pushed back waaay after our holiday. SWI with DH back at work is going to be fun.

zinnia Let's hope we both move on soon, the worst thing about this is it's going to be ages until we can test with hope again.

LadyGoneGaga · 30/07/2010 10:19

Bye, bye loopy. Probably see you on next bus. And sorry to rest of girls with impending AF's - but where no blood there is a little hope?

Well I'm doubting FF ov prediction of day 13 - think the high temp was due to the tummy bug me and DS had over the weekend as hasn't really been sustained. If I discard that one it changes it's mind. So this weekend is when I would expect to ov so total shag-fest for DP (or as much as one can with toddler in tow!)

Happy SWI-ing ladieezzz. Hope to see lots of BFP's for those getting close to testing times!

youngblowfish · 30/07/2010 10:26

Hello, hello!

I know it is a bit late, but having very long cycles I think I should still be on the April bus until confirmed otherwise.

Stats:

TTC#1 Cycle 1 UCL 32 CD20

I don't mind aisle seats and I promise to share my wine

Good luck to everyone!

Hello

Not sure if I should actually be on the next (May) bus.
I've been on hols and not updated my stats in ages. No SWI opportunities on holidays what with family staying, sharing room with dd1, etc etc! Ironic. Anyway, here goes:

Hello ladies, Well im on CD 36 now - i ovulated (or got the positive opk) two weeks ago tomorrow. If anything was going to have happened it would have done so by now and a FR test this morning was a resolute negative.

I hope AF comes soon, cant imagine why i oved so late and have had such a long cycle but i am really hoping that it hurrys up so i can start again soon. Will take myself off the April Bus and reserve my place at the back of the May bus till AF comes. Will keep checking in for bfps though Good luck everybody and hope (not) to see you on the next bus.

Bye, rosie and delilah, see you on the May bus soon enough no doubt...

Tamashii · 30/07/2010 12:45

Awww - sad to see people getting off the bus
OMG tho since I am getting nearer to the front of the bus! I have a gut feeling that I am not PG this month anyway for some reason. Not having a fantastic time mentally at the moment so not really enjoying the initial excitement of finding this thread again...

DS is 30 months and really giving us trouble with his night wakings atm so I think sleep deprivation is grinding me down. Am having a general wobble about "where is my life going? How will I deal with PG and a toddler who will not sleep?" etc etc.

Anyways, just wanted to check in for some virtual support and vent on here since I can't keep whining on in RL as I am doing everyone's heads in...

Excited for those waiting to test tho. Good luck

Karstan · 30/07/2010 13:00

[waves] Hi aideesmum, glad to have some company at the back of the bus.

Mixed feelings about whether I want to be on the bus at the moment, testing time would be first few days of holiday with the in laws so not ideal. But then I know there's always going to be something. Think it's just nerves. Rushed into the whole ttc thing for medical reasons and I have moments of "is this what I really want?" It's partly hormonal I think, in the swi time I'm dead set on having a baby just the bit leading up to it I don't have that craving in the same way iykwim.
