Welcome back bzz and aideesmum and bye bye to rosie and delilah.

tamashii sorry you are having a tough time. I am sure there are lots of ladies on this thread who have experience being pg with a little one. I am ttc #1 so can't be all that helpful I'm afraid.

This bus needs cheering up and some good news soon, we lost our momentum after our initial burst of BFPs me thinks!

Wish I could think of a good joke, but can't!

Lib76 · 30/07/2010 13:45

bye to all that have popped over to the may bus will no doubt see you soon!

Another BFN for me this am still stupidly holding out hope....

LadyGoneGaga · 30/07/2010 13:51

Tamashii can't give you any reassarance as I only have one but do empathise with your concerns totally. DS has still never slept through the night! Maybe you just have to give up sleeping completely? Or maybe you're just so used to it it doesn't bother you any more.

Lib Keep the faith!!!

Lib76 · 30/07/2010 13:57

will do lady is the only thing keeping me going!! off out to friends for a drink tonight, well needed!

zinnia · 30/07/2010 20:35

Well AF got me in the end, equalling my longest ever cycle. You can imagine just how thrilled I am about that.

Off to the May bus properly now, good luck to everyone still on this one, will stick my head around the door again from time to time to check for other graduates, of which may there be many!

Cazzr · 30/07/2010 20:50

Don't spose anyone in here knows much about fertility blood tests and can help me with interpretting my day 2 results...?

Linkie

It's doing my head in!

Sorry I haven't been around much lately. Will catch up with posts now.

lemonsherbet · 31/07/2010 08:34

Welcome BzzBee and YoungBlowfish. Hello again Aideesmum.

Good luck to all those that are testing. I am driving myself crazy on the 2ww and would just like to know. Off to make pancakes does anyone want any?

lemonsherbet, Good morning and thank you for updating the list - I don't think I would know where to start being quite new to this business .

I'd love some pancakes - anything to stop me from thinking about how pregnant I feel. I have been fabricating symptoms for just a few days now, but it is slowly driving me round the bend. Dh's working the entire weekend, but at least he gets to spend time with babies at work!

I honestly never thought I would get this broody, but here I am fantasising about my future bump . Looking forward to hearing about many BFPs!

Karstan · 31/07/2010 12:21

Woo hoo, first signs of pant snot, now where's the OH when you need him?

caramellokoalalover · 31/07/2010 12:45

Morning! I'm up for pancakes please. Late brunch!

Welcome to the newcomers, and welcome back to aideesmum! I was starting to worry there for a second I would have noone to obsess over symptoms with...phew, crisis averted.

Karstan hope you've tracked down OH .

2dpo chez caramel and happily imagining loads of symptoms already that could all be attributed to any number of things. Waaaaaaay too early, I know, but I can't help it! Sore throat, feel like I'm coming down with a cold - check. Zero sex drive - check. weird twinges and pings and pangs in lower stomach area - check.

I am setting myself up for one helluva fall if I'm not pregnant! Have just worked out testing dates...sensible time to test would be Thursday 12th August (14dpo). Ridiculously early would be Sunday 8th (10dpo). Foolishly early would be Friday 6th. Let the countdown begin...

youngblowfish · 31/07/2010 13:14

Karstan, I know what you're doing!

caramellokoalalover, 5/6DPO and I can't focus on anything else. Faint sickness that comes and goes - check. Twinges and pangs that are probably perfectly ordinary bowel movements - check. Nipples very sensitive to touch - check (normally, of course, I experience no sensation in my boobs when touching, no, nothing at all ). I am also trying to work out the most sensible test dates in order to avoid peeing on money too early on. nomoremagnolia posted this in one of the threads on early testing:

Likelihood of obtaining an accurate pregnancy test result:

10dpo=35%
11dpo=51%
12dpo=62%
13dpo=68%
14dpo=74%
15dpo=80%
16dpo=88%
17dpo=92%

I don't think I can justify testing before the 9th of August. I am just hoping MS will start properly soon and I will know before AF is dues. Then again, when I am pregnant (fingers crossed) and puking, I will probably eat my words . Oh dear, I am truly obsessed.

Lib76 · 31/07/2010 14:26

well another BFN for this morning! time to face facts i think! just wish AF would get a move on

youngblowfish · 31/07/2010 14:56

Lib, until the evil red tide arrives, there is still hope. I'm keeping my fingers crossed x

Sitting at the counter and reading the thread is not neurotic enough today so I'm dipping a toe in.

OverThePond TTC #!, Cycle4, UCL 27-28, CD21

I'm hoping Mumsnet keeps me from melting all over DH who would panic if saw me on here.

No real symptoms this month, but today was flattened so tired--went to market came home and slept for 2 hours while DH made meals for elderly auntie, walked dogs and am now sleepwalking around house. Goal is to wait until AF arrives not pee on money.

sillybillymummy · 01/08/2010 08:40

caramellokoalalover I am really going to try and wait until that Thurs 12th Aug. I was so stupid last month with testing! So lets keep each other going?

caramellokoalalover · 01/08/2010 09:57

welcome overthepond.

and sillybilly, glad you'll be waiting to test same day as me. might stop me from peeing on everything in sight and getting disappointed if I know there's someone else waiting too.

that said, all symptoms have vanished. not feeling the vibe that it's going to happen today. feeling very grumpy though and like i could bite dh's head off if he so much as breathes too loudly. is that a symptom?

lemonsherbet · 01/08/2010 10:19

Bye Zinna and Welcome OverThePond
Hope everyone is enjoying the good weather. This 2ww is seeming to drag by and I am still not even half way there! Oh well am going to eat a virtual king size bar of dairy milk anyone want any? (Offers the Dairy Milk around)

Hoping that we have some more BFP soon.

Into second week of 2WW now. Yawn, this bit is soooooo boring isn't it?? Am T-Day minus 5. Feels like a long wait to test.

hattyyellow and beckylou - any news? Have you guys tested?

gingerwench · 01/08/2010 10:46

I hope there was a pretty good chance of success this month. Managed to SWI on day of EWCM plus a couple of times a few days before and after. Too early for symptoms. Seem to be on a 30 day cycle now so expecting AF between 10 and 12 August. So far away!

Saladbomb · 01/08/2010 11:21

RTD came yesterday so I am off the bus (again) Good luck to everyone left and congrates to the graduates.

youngblowfish · 01/08/2010 12:30

Bye saladbomb, good luck on the May bus! OverThePond, would you like a welcome drink?

gingerwench, I think we are more or less in the same boat this month. DH was off work for a while at exactly the right time, so there was a lot of SWI. He now treats me as a pregnant lady and frowns upon any alcohol consumption (and I am not a drinker anyway, most of the time I don't even care for the stuff)... You seem far more sensible though, I have obsessed over every single symptom imaginable since 2DPO .

2ww does seem to drag terribly, but my subconscious decided to entertain me today as I enjoyed a Sunday lie in. I had a dream about being pregnant, then having a completely painless and quick home birth and then having a beautiful daughter, who, as soon as she popped out, behaved like a 6 month old! Felt wonderful but very surreal .

PlumBumMum · 01/08/2010 12:31

Zinnia if your still about just found this on another site, probably reads better than my explaination

"A cycle is counted from the first day of 1 period to the first day of the next period."

Tamashii · 01/08/2010 12:31

Still no more BFP's ARGH! It is weird after there were a few in a row and now.... dust settles... everything back to waiting game...

I am not wasting pee sticks this month and am going to wait for AF. If she don't come a knocking then I will try n hold of a few more days n test test test!

I had major symptoms last month n started testing way early. Then AF arrived early and f*cked it all up so don't wanna feel like that this month.

It is nice to have some back up on here though - if you guys are holding out to test then I feel I can do it too

sillybillymummy · 01/08/2010 14:16

youngblowfish I don' know if i'm more jealous about your sunday lie in, OR the dream!!!

Caramel My poor DH can't do anything right at the moment either!
