Whos on the 2ww ??

I am ( i hope ) anyone on my other thread will know am not sure if i missed ovulation this month, picked up a positive on OPK sat and sun but 1st chance i had to BD was mon morning!!

So am classing myself as on 2ww and hoping that eier thursdays swimmers survived or that i actually ovulated maybe sun/mon.

I also caved in, another BFN.

I'm not surprised and have DH lined up for lots of nookey in three weeks time. Damn the long cycles....

Aw girls Im sorry its rubbish when you get BFNs. I Totally appreciate how yous are feeling..
Are you going to hang around here a bit though? I dont have many mn friends and it would be great to get to know yous better

Im waiting on AF too. No sign yet, but sure she is on her way..grrr

Bloody FR have us over a barrel dont they?! £4 a pee is way too expensive! I have 1 FR left and so so SO keeping that for next month on at least day 28!!!

I am also on my TWW. I ran out of ovulation tests on Friday, and had decided I wouldn't buy any more, as it stresses me out too much. DH and I 'DTD' on Saturday and I am pretty sure (because of ovulation pain/CM) that I ovulated yesterday, so I am hoping there's a chance I can concieve this month.

I want to test already, but even I know that is ridiculous... I MUST wait until day 11 at least...

Superdrug tests detect 10mg of HCG, not sure if that is the same as the FR early test? They must be cheaper.

Sunchild77 - a big yes to next month being the BFP month for those of us still trying!

Wish I could just relax about the whole thing!

Erm, Ive got something to tell you guys...
I got a totally surprise BFP this afternoon.

Had/have no symptoms at all, other than it being cd27 and still no sign of AF. So I though Id give my last test a whirl.... And the line came up! Fairly faint, but definiately there...
So there ya go!

Am SO nervous, but excited too. It hasnt really sank in yet.

Thanks Nicola, its a bit crazy as I was SURE that I was gonna get another BFN... But a line is a line right?! LOL I have no self control at all.

I think Due Date is 3rd March 2010, but will be a c/s so probably more likely to be around the end of february I guess.

FINGERS CROSSED that you guys will be joining me very soon

Can't quite believe I'm typing this but I got a BFP! I tested on Monday but used a crappy test so got a negative.

Pretty shocked but pleased.

Hoping for lots more positives on this board soon....

so pleased for all of you who have got a BFP. I'm waiting for AF to arrive after the first month of ttc. I have spotted every pregnancy symptom under the sun but can't afford to test, it's rent week so I'll have to wait for nature to give me a heads up. Very frustrating.

Hi,all im on my 2ww.Dh keeps changing his mind about having another,so i jump on him if he even nods slightly.We managed it on Sunday and i ovulated on Tues so i hope it happens.I have everything crossed.Midori,i want to test now too.I usually spend a fortune on tests every month

Ooh can I join? I'm still waiting for AF to arrive, I'm about 3 weeks late, I think, but last week I tested and got BFN so I'm on a 5ww by the looks of things! Still hoping it's just late showing up on the tests, and I'm going to the doctors if I get to CD60 with no AF and no BFP. I'm on CD50 now.

Right well 2day i am on CD28 and still no AF as yes so am keeping a faint glimmer of hope that the BFN i got on monday was just to early.

AF arrived on CD27 last month

I'm also on the 2ww, waiting and waiting!

no need to spend a fortune on tests, I get 5 for £3 on the internet, there are loads of companies selling cheap tests and they are just as good as they all work the same, you are only paying for the brand name and packaging.

I've been lurking on these forums for months and have gattered bucketfulls of great advice and support without ever even posting myself -thank you :-)

Having done the 2ww I've not discovered a whole new problem to obsess about- I'm currently on day 32 (of a 27-32 day cycle) I've done to preg tests- both BFNs is there a better brand for earlier testing??? I've used one that said would work up to 4 days before AF. The funny thing is last week I felt like my AF was coming (cramps, spotty skin, usual...) but now I feel great no pre-mens symptoms at all.

Basically I'm asking what preg tests come recommended and has anyone else experienced BFN then BFP in same cycle or shall I just give up now (can't help hoping!)

Your advice would be appriciated.

Angel - I bought First response tests got them cos it says on the packet "reliable up to 6 days before your period is due", I usually get AF on day 26/27. So anyway, I tested on thurs - BFN, Fri - BFN, Sat - BFN, and then a BFP yesterday! (CD28)

I did a cheap tesco test this morning and it was also a BFP - although fairly faint.

Dont know if that helps at all..
