Viv I am glad you got through the day ok, it is so tough xx.....but that date is part of the process and a big milestone. On the up now I agree we have all been too stressed in my camp too with impending dates...Im keeping my fingers tightly crossed that this is your month xxx

Pretty I am sorry things are not very positive in some ways for you but it's a step in the right direction and glad you managed to get an appointment next month x

Glasgow sorry you are here but you really are in the right place. They will probably test for clotting disorders and lupus. I have attached the miscarriage association page on tests for you here Hope this helps.

Good luck today Hairy

Hope you are feeling a little better today MrsGMack

BUnder I don't know what I was on about when I said I didn't need ERPC, I meant D&C, doh! Shows where my head has been at lately... You're right tho, that does sound very dramatic AND traumatic imo, unfortunatly I couldn't tell u if there is any significance, would it be worth asking doctor?

I am awaiting my my blood test results, any day now hopefully, so magic8 that link was helpful.

to everyone else, sending positive thoughts and here's hoping for BFP's all round

Sakuro My GP was a bit clueless. Because I was in France at the time, the records aren't what they usually would be so she didn't have much to go on, except the bits I managed to translate for myself at the time.

Magic Sorry about the RTD. Good luck for Saturday.

I'm 13 dpo today, and BFN That's probably it then for this month. Sodding RTD at sodding wedding here I come.

batteryhen · 19/05/2010 19:26

Hello All,

Wondering today about hairy triangle and how you got on with any results today?

viv Hope you're feeling ok today

magic sorry about the rusty old bitch.

Prettyvacant and Ladybee, I am not waiting for my first cycle before trying again, I asked my Dr about it, but she said the main reason is only for dating purposes, so to just go ahead if i feel like it.Its hard enough for me to be in the right time and place with DP as it is.... I am however keeping my fingers crossed that as I stopped bleeding on Saturday, then I hope day 14 might be a week on Saturday when I am in Germany seeing my DP. I am of course hoping that my body might squeeze out an egg at that point. Judging by its last performance, my body tends to do what the hell it likes so it might be very unlikely

It is all down to luck if we we are together when I ovulate, but I like the idea of being able to shoot down the M11 like a loon to stanstead to get the next flight! If you hear of a hysterical woman being arrested on the M11 for speeding, you know its me :O

The good thing is I conceived in january, the first night we had SWI, so I am hoping for a repeat of that!

xx

dorcas111 · 19/05/2010 19:29

Pretty I think I may have lost the plot this week, but in my defence the wee-stick was just hanging around my bathroom with nothing better to do. Have got no more left now and will try to avoid Boots although if you could knock up a few mugshot posters just in case that'd be good... Sorry about your crappy news but an appointment in June is good- you are really due some good luck soon so I hope they can help.
Magic sorry about your RTD, but I'm glad it didn't arrive on Saturday, that would have been just too awful. I'll be thinking of you.
BUnder sorry about the BFN, at least you can get very drunk on champagne at the wedding (no consolation I know but it sounds like a good plan).
Bit of a miserable week all round for lots of us on here, so lets hope things start to look up soon.

clareanna · 19/05/2010 19:52

viv well done on getting through yesterday - can completely understand why you're feeling wiped out today

magic -crappit - get your rollerskates out and go for it. Good luck for saturday - hope you raise lots of cash - have you got a justgiving page?

BUnder think champagne and bad wedding dancing all in order now x

mrspretty it's good you're slowly getting some information - you are indeed a medical mystery - but at least it's beginning to be solved a bit?

battery would LOVE to overhear the conversation with the police if stopped for speeding "BUT YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ! I NEED SEX NOW!!!!"

5.30am train was to london because people in london like to arrange things to suit people in london and so they start at 8.30 - argh.
Next week I have the pleasure of it twice. I love my job.

VivClicquot · 19/05/2010 20:40

Buggery bollocks magic - had my fingers crossed for you. Still, at least Rusty put in an appearance before Saturday. Will be thinking of you lots over the next few days, and you know where I am if you need an ear x

Was keeping everything crossed for you too bunder - but as clareanna says, make sure you have a glass or two of something pink and fizzy on Saturday.

battery - maybe if you asked the police nicely, they could give you a police escort to the airport...

WestYorkshireGirl · 19/05/2010 20:50

Hello all

Sorry didn't get chance to post last night - had something on. There's been so much to catch up on.

Viv Glad you got through the anniversary. Having a meal and the toast sounds like really strong things to do. Being worn out today also sounds natural after lots of emotional angst.

Clare I too hate the early starts on trains and it's so weird seeing everyone with their laptops out at that time when normally they'd be asleep or having breakfast! I have to go to Birmingham on Mon, but it's not too early which is good.

Pretty, Dorcas, Magic and Bunder - I'm sorry things haven't been good this week for various reasons - I hope you feel a bit better soon and Magic - good luck for Sat. Welcome MrsGMack, Glasgow, Batteryhen- love the mental picture of an ovulating woman being stopped by police for speeding! Hi to Freezing, Hairy, Sakura, ladybee, hopefully, freezing, mummy, posy. Hope I haven't missed anyone.

Well, good day today. Been very busy preparing a big presentation on last year's performance for Group Director and it's taken ages, but got it done today and got a 'very good' which was amazing so I am pleased it's over. Did quite well to get through it as awake a lot of the night. Woke up at 1am feeling like the room was spinning and felt very sick so laid there for a bit and then was too awake to sleep so read for a few hours. Then got up at 5.45am .

Been feeling strange the last few days - still a bit tired, really struggled with my Cup a Soup on Tues and then yesterday when had fun SWI with DH, all his good stuff made a very speedy exit (sorry if TMI) . The last time all these factors were present was when I was pg before....

So, after my night of extreme nausea, I woke up with extreme nausea and decided I should POAS. And well, it was a BFP! . As you know I really thought we had missed the opportunity this month, but clearly not!

It hasn't quite sunk in yet and we are both trying not to get too excited (just in case). We've decided to wait another week or so before telling close friends and family.

Am concerned that over-eating has already begun - porridge and banana at 6.30am to try and calm things down, another banana and biscuit during presentation then sandwiches, crisps and cake for lunch ..... Then I had a dodgy moment up some spiral stairs and at the top of a castle keep - need to keep more hydrated.

Well, this is an epic post. Wasn't sure how to write it with so many of us trying, but it shows that we can get there in the end! Am not going anywhere for a while so I will stay on the list and not move to Grads and keep and eye on you all!

VivClicquot · 19/05/2010 20:55

Whoop whoop! What lovely news to brighten a sad week on our thread. Here's hoping for a very uneventful 8 months for you and DH.

wyg huge congrats to you!!! Such lovely news!

May have been right about the spotting following a failed ovulation. Think my body's actually attempting another ovulation (ewcm, open cervix again, ov cramps). Can feel it. Bit rubbish as dh and I haven't had sex all week (apart from this morning). Might attempt to make up for it again!

WestYorkshireGirl · 19/05/2010 22:23

Thanks all! When I got home from work I found DH had taken this picture! www.mumsnet.com/member/MemberPage?call=com.mumsnet.member.PublicImageGallery&nick=WestYorkshireGirl

northerngoldilocks · 19/05/2010 22:38

Congrats WYG that's brilliant news.

Haven't been on here for a while as have been on work training out of the country. No time to mention everyone, so sorry to everyone who's having a tough time at the moment and here's hoping that there are lots more of BFPs soon!

Still no RTD for me - although the cramps seem to have stopped. Has been 6 weeks now but have follow up appt after ERPC this week so will ask about it then. Just want to get it out of the way (and the next one) so we can TTC again. Think I may have mentioned this before - but patience really isn't my strong point!

aly323 · 20/05/2010 02:50

I'm out of town for a wedding so haven't been posting. However, I just had to do a quick "hooray!!" for wyg's bfp!

I'm in the same predicament as BUnder. Due to start tomorrow or Friday, and off to a wedding sat. I'm trying to keep myself sane, but I don't think it's working.

I haven't been able to post, but I'm lurking. My thought are with all of going through emotional times. The strength you ladies show is amazing.

PrettyVacant1 · 20/05/2010 07:07
