OK, so since TTC I've thought (or wondered briefly) the following might be signs of being pregnant...

funny rash on my legs - still don't know what this was
three spots on my forehead - I was convinced this was a hormone induced 'breakout' as I don't normally get spots)
General bad mood - turns out I'm just grumpy
crazy dreams
needing a wee
not needing a wee
not liking the smell of coconut - weird
feeling very weepy and sore boobs - hmmm... this could have just been PMS!
stuffy nose

This month I have a massive craving for Mango which I'm normally indifferent to - I am of course CONVINCED that it's my month...

Am desperately trying to hold out till next weekend to test... I need distractions! anyone else had any funny symptoms and wondered if it could be a SIGN?

Shelley maybe it was a chemical preg you had and the bleeding is now af? Its much better to think of it being a chemical preg rather than a mc. I agree with Bev though,you should def go and get it checked out just in case,the early pregnancy units are very good and the midwives there are usually very sympathetic. I had a chemical preg last year,i got a bfp on a monday and tested again on wed and got bfn,then started bleeding a few days later.its very distressing not knowing whats happening.

What website did you get the tests on Bossy?! Wow you will have a field day with 50

Dice im glad to hear you got a docs apt to find out whats been going on.let us know how you get on.

Cd20 for me,have still had mild cramping on and off and feel really bloated and have trapped wind.i really really really hope this is the month for us and if its not it wont be for lack of trying (cd8,9,11,12,13,14,15,19)!! i do have my gynae apt on 23rd though so if it doesnt happen this month then at least i'll get some more answers when i go to see the consultant.

Hello my lovelies, sorry I haven't been on all weekend, it's been a very busy one! As well as mum being in hospital I've had the following:
Friday -grand-daughters 1st birthday (I know!!)
Saturday - shopping for dd birthday, gd's party all afternoon and another party in the evening.
Sunday - party at ours for my dd.
Today - my dd is 4, and ds1 is 21. Mum had her 2nd op and doing well!!

God my family sounds like it should be on JK[grin}.

At the moment I'm sat on the sofa with my feet up because I'm soooo flipping exhausted....sore boobs and general feeling of total crapness. Only on cd23....it's flaming dragging now!!

Off to bath & bed dd, and then will be back to catch up.

Had 2BFP's in a row. Phoned EPU earlier they don't do self referral. Told me to do another test and if it was negative it would be a miscarrage. Test was BFN! Going to try get in at the doctors and see what they say. I'm distraught. Thought something good was finally happening to me and its been pulled from under me

Now that I actually have a bit more time on here, bossy I'm sorry about your af but I am glad all the confusion is over at least! At least now you can actually get on with things rather than be waiting around.

Wow Bossy sounds like you did amazingly well in labour - must try the positive thinking tonight for a BFP at 8am! I went out to buy different tests today. Got 2 digital CB's from Boots so fingers crossed for the morning . If it's another BFN I'll go to drs as I'm developing more symptoms by the day/hour! My sense of smell is unbelievably acute, my tummy's swelling, I'm feeling sick, extremely tired/sleepy (can barely keep my eyes open!), and the wierdest one so far, my nipples are leaking a tiny bit of milk! Maybe it's all wishful thinking but I'm finding it more and more difficult to believe I'm not pregnant (don't want to get my hopes up too high). I don't know what to think. What do you all think? Now CD35 of UCL28.
50 tests Bossy! I hope you get the BFP before you can get through even half of them. If it's not my month then I may get some! Posted a thread asking if Pound Shop's 2 or 3 tests for £1 work and quite alot had the correct results inc several BFPs. They must work then but they're late testers (7 days late before test works!) and with me being a late tester anyway they're not much good for me!

Shelleylou I'm so very sorry to hear of your BFN after the 2 BFPs. I'm sure 'distraught' is an understatement of your feelings. After 6 MCs I can understand a little how you must be feeling, although we all deal with it differently. Hope you're ok. Please let us know how you get on at the drs. I'm thinking of you x.

morning all! Got the tests from Amazon.co.uk, setting myself rules tho: only 1 per day, no earlier than 10dpo, first morning pee only, no more than 10 per cycle, and if i feel like its going to be neg - dont do it, run away from the bathroom asap!

Ive told dh its going to be busy this month and i think i need to spend a bit more time lying down afterwards. As it was a strange cycle i dont know when ovulation will occur if at all so going to have to just go for it till bfp or af, whatever gets me first!
Also cutting the caffeine and trying to eat more healthily

Nothing to report here really. Just general feeling of crapness, tired, queasy this morning, headache, sore boobs. No more cramping pains for a couple of days. Could be symptoms, but then again could be pmt........

Another BFN even on the CB Digital! Think digitals are worse as the words 'not pregnant' are so harsh.
Don't know what to think as my tummy is expanding and no pmt type symptoms (doesn't feel like bloating). I feel pregnant but with BFNs I'm confused!
DH is making an appt at drs for me.
Feeling really down - for some reason it feels as bad as my MCs

I've got some carrot and coriander soup in the slow cooker and I'm about to throw it in the bin. The smell is making me heave. So I guess it's safe to say my sense of smell is a little sensitive!!!

Have taken a sickie today for various reasons,but have spent most of the afternoon on the sofa. Had a slice of birthday cake (my fave chocolate) and it tasted gross.......

nothing new to report from me,just feel normal at the minute,apart from swollen boobs (actually that should be swollen BOOB,as only my left one appears bigger than normal).

Bossy hows the weight loss going? I had joined weightwatchers last year and lost 23lb,istill needed to lose more but gave up going in december. Rejoined last week and it turns out iv only put on 4lb since december.needless to say i was over the moon to find this out as i thought id put on more than that.went tonight to get weighed and ive lost another 2.5lb . go me!! lol

Have probably just put it back on though as we just had a wee party for dps 29th birthday today and i ate losts of cake,crisps,dips and sweeties lol

Swizzle My DH tried to get drs appt yesterday (Tues) and was told there were none available and to call back today (Weds). If you don't call between 8-8.30am on the day you don't get an appt at our drs as they all go in first half hour or so! Fingers crossed for getting in today.
Still no sign of AF and still BFN. What's my stupid body playing at?!

My doctors is the same Bev. Phoned yesterday and today and cant get in so they've given me one saturday morning..I dont want to wait that long as wont be able to get in EPU till monday then grrrrrrrr.

That's dreadful Shelley. Saturday's a long wait when you need to know what's happening. You may be lucky though as our local EPU is open 7 days a week. Good luck for Saturday and hope everything's alright x

Thankfully I managed to get a last minute cancellation at drs. Was so pleased as no chance of getting one Fri or Mon so would've only left tomorrow as not open weekends. Dr was thankfully very nice, none of the 'if you're pregnant, you're pregnant so wait and see' BS I got last time! I've got to take an early morning sample in tomorrow and if I'm lucky I'll hear back Friday if not Monday or Tuesday. Got some ABs for an abcess that are suitable for pregnancy just incase. So yet again am playing the dreadful waiting game!

I had major dizziness this morning which I am thinking could be a sign. It was last time anyway. Will be 10 days past BDing on Friday so am planning to do first POASing Sat a.m. mad I know but I just need to!

Bev - bad timing on the tooth front, it could have at least waited till you got a bfp and a maternity exemption card thingy. Thats what im waiting for so i can have a check up - how tight am I?!

Hi All, sorry I've been so quiet. AF has just finished so bd-ing time about to start and then I'm sure I'll be a lot more interesting!

To keep myself occupied I also did a big Amazon shop, so bossy and swizzle I'm joining you ladies in the poas craze . Those packs of 50 are great, lol.Also bought a digital thermometre to start charting bbt and that fertility book everyone's been going on about, 'Taking Charge of your Fertility'. I definitely can't claim ignorance after this!

Seany - cd 25 today! I couldn't resist the poas urge, so did a test this morning and unsurprisingly a bfn. This is my first proper cycle since having my mirena removed so not sure how long my cycle is. Going to test again on Sat (cd28).

Bev - doc sounds fab!! Abcess does not!

I'm either up the duff or having pmt from hell!!!! Dh got both barrels earlier, but on the other hand is currently painting the hall/stairs/landing which I've been asking him to do for months. I must be very scary . I nearly threw up when I brushed my teeth this morning, which was one of the many things that set me off being ill when I was pg with dd.
