OK, so since TTC I've thought (or wondered briefly) the following might be signs of being pregnant...

funny rash on my legs - still don't know what this was
three spots on my forehead - I was convinced this was a hormone induced 'breakout' as I don't normally get spots)
General bad mood - turns out I'm just grumpy
crazy dreams
needing a wee
not needing a wee
not liking the smell of coconut - weird
feeling very weepy and sore boobs - hmmm... this could have just been PMS!
stuffy nose

This month I have a massive craving for Mango which I'm normally indifferent to - I am of course CONVINCED that it's my month...

Am desperately trying to hold out till next weekend to test... I need distractions! anyone else had any funny symptoms and wondered if it could be a SIGN?

Took the other test first thing this morning, and again BFN, so I am out this month it seems! Never mind. Fingers crossed for the rest of you guys, at least one of us has to have some good news surely! Good luck

Ginger i've been v hungry too but like you I also get that pre-AF. How long is your average cycle? What test are you planning to use? I've no idea what one to buy, with DS I got a +ve on 1st day of missed period with a clearblue digital so I might go with that kind again.

I'm back! After having every single symptom in the world including a very late period - I was not pg. My periods have been regular forever, my period was six days late last month and I had sore bbs, discharge, cramps, bloatedness, nausea, tiredness, headaches, nightmares - you name it, I had it, but I was not pg. I was too devastated to come back on here again until now. But I'm back on the ttc cycle again. This time I ovulated on Day 12 (today), instead of Day 18 of a 24-26 day cycle. So fingers crossed as I have a much longer luteal phase this month. And I am going to try my best not to do any symptom spotting this time - promise!

Thanks for your support last month! I got my AF six days late, I was devastated as I felt pregnant. As soon as my AF came, my crazy dreams stopped! ha ha! So that was one good thing. We have started ttc again - we ovulated today - CD12 instead of CD18 last month, so longer luteal phase so perhaps better chances. Fingers crossed.

hi everyone, ive been reading the posts tho nothing to report from me, af left the building a couple of days ago so still very early days, tho full of busy this month so my heart isnt really quite in it. Hope to see some good news here soon!

still no AF arrived here... bought the tests today, will do them 1st thing tomorrow if I can last til then.

Im now CD35 of avg 28 day cycle so looking hopefull.

Have no cramps or sign of AF.

Bossy maybe it will happen when you least expect it, when there is no pressure. Hope this is a sucessfull and happy month for you too.

i find being at home with ds I don't have time to symptom spot but being here at work, I just can't help it. i still have the gurgly burbling feeling in my tummy that i've had for the last week. i feel like i'm gassy but only on the inside as nothing is produced! (sorry).

got to wait till at least weds next week to test unless af arrives. someone take my mind off it!!!!

af due on monday and can't work out if I have some symptoms (like sickness on and off)or if I've got ghost symptoms I'm making up in the hope (which feel real). The main one I don't think I'm making up is extreme hunger - but I'm not sure if this is even a symptom of pregnancy...oh, the wait!

What about burping? I have never been a burper, more of a farter... really, or am i just becoming horrible?

My my you lot have been very busy obsessing!

Im feeling lovely and refreshed. Most chilled out relaxing hol ive ever had.We had a great time but i now am back to start wondering why af is not here and im on cd32.
Tested yesterday with tescos cheapy and bfn. Had weird orange coloured cm (wtf!) whilst on holiday for one day (cant remember what day) and a tiny blob of bloody cm so thought af was coming,but no!
Had bad af type cramps yesterday and was dog tired(tho was up since 6am to catch flight home so thats prob why),also have strange taste in my mouth,but thats prob cause i need a filling.
Anyway as last months cycle was 38 days i am waiting til after that to test again.

not till the end of july and its only in the uk so shouldn't be problem. we're going with some friends, one of whom is already pregnant so its a nice break where the kids can entertain each other and we get to chill out a bit!

Hi , new to this thread.

ttc 3rd, first month of ttc , due on Monday.

On day 8 and 9 PO , my nipples were tingling like mad, far worse than with my other two.
And they have been errect the whole time (never happens) my husband thinks they look bigger and Im sure they are a little darker, I was walking around Tesco's and was sure I felt a bit sick.
I however have already tested 5 TIMES!!!!
Crazy women going on here! I was going to do it again today and after 5 tests I think Ive convinced myself to wait till at least Sunday!

Forgot to add , the Ive been very gassy, and my bra's dont sit comfy

I tested this morning CD35 and got a BFN. A few hours later I though AF was going to arrive as I got pulling/cramp type pain, it lasted about an hour then went away and stil no AF which is not normal for me. Now I'm feeling very

So I'm waiting for AF to arrive, if not here by Saturday I will test again. Anyone had a BFN at 5 weeks and then went on to get a BFP?

If not +ve this month we may stop trying again until July as otherwise the birth would fall around DS birthday next year and I would prefer that not to happen. We also have a few world cup bbq's over the next 2 weeks and I would miss not being able to have a few drinks at those

Just how early can you test and get the correct result? Do you really haveto wait until your af is due? and do the early response ones work?

Hey there! I am trying for my first sprog and started ttc in the new year.

Last month I managed to go the whole month without testing and was terribly smug and pleased with myself for not symptom spotting and being all adult and sensible about it. This month I have already tested 3 times and I'm not even due till next wednesday!

I have convinced myself that I feel sick, have cramping, burping, really sore breasts, the whole lot so must be pregnant. Needless to say all BFNs thus far.

God, this is far too stressful!

Until yesterday I wrote off all my "symptoms" as being all in my head and was 99% sure that this wasnt THE month. Now I am not so sure.

AF was due today - no sign Today, I have had a really dry throat & mouth which I had when I was pg in Feb.
Now thinking back, I've had other syptoms which I didnt think much of. For about a week and a half, I have been a real moody, snappy, horrible to live with bitch.

I have also had a HUGE appetite, properly pigging out over the last couple of weeks. I didnt even realise that this was a symptom until I googled it 5 mins ago

ifatfirstyoudontsuceed - i took a test this morning and it came back positive - it complete shock as I was convinced I was making up my symptoms in hope

I had a massive appetite for a few days and wondered if this was a symptom...and yesterday I wondered what was up with me when i noticed i was really snappy with the students i teach and then got an emotional wobbly voice crying style for no reason.

I feel like I can't be too excited though as it's still too early, it could all dissapear...and I'm not so innocent now as I had a mc last year..
