**********January 2011 bus now departing**********

Hi everyone,

OV calc says due date would be 31st Dec but didn't want to be on my own at the bottom of the Dec bus. Am on cycle 3 of proper trying as dp not been as willing to DTD knowing he HAS to impregnate me .
Hope someone hops on to keep me company soon

I know this is a potentially sensitive subject depending on your opinion....but is anyone else following all the old wives tales to try and conceive a particular gender? I am DESPERATE for a girl, I love my DS to bits but really want that mother daughter bond.....and of course to be able to buy lovely little dresses!! Just wondered as my day to ovulate is 6th April so I need to be getting some serious BD done between now and 4th April....no later or its more likely to be a boy. Okay, so the more I type the more I think I'm sounding like a total loon....I will just go grab DP and get on with it!!!

Not officially trying until next cycle as trying now would mean a 25 Dec due date and also waiting for normal (I hope) smear test result following abnormal last year.

emma2617 I have DS as well but not bothered at all whether no2 would be boy or girl!

Hey louindevon I seem to often have wobbles but I keep reminding myself that I just don't feel done.
I do think it is possible to have our time still(am I just deluded?) I don't have that feeling.
I think I would be waiting for grandchildren and that would just wind my kids up!
I have just decided the best plan is to go with the "what will be will be approach" Having said that its not alot right now!
My DH has a sister 17 years younger than him and so his parents have had her at home until recently and its never been a problem.

Hello All. This is my first time on a bus - thought I'd give it a go. Should be on December bus really, but just had BFN yesterday, even though I defo felt preg. Still hopeful until AF arrives (was due y/day and haven't been late since coming off pill - v. )

Not sure I want a new year baby as my best friend's birthday is 2nd Jan and she hates it cos everyone's all partied out by then, but I'm not about to stop trying!!!

Can I join the back of the bus as well? We were going to wait until May but bugger it! Will be trying right at the end of this month though although now would be a 'good' time but too short notice! If we were to hit the spot at the end of the month we'd squeeze into the end of Jan 11.

Morning ladies! I would update the list but it's first thing on a monday equivalent morning and I am full of the viral infection my darling son has givven me! The thought of changing CDs and adding pople is just too much at the moment!!

I was just wondering how everyone is getting on?! I know for me that it is ovulation day today...we have BD'd on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday so far and are scheduled for a final attempt tonight!! Then it is the dreaded 2WW!!!
