Hello Can I join please? I have no idea of what I need to do, so please excuse me and feel free to treat me like a complete 'nana and tell me! I'm 36 so hopefully not too much older than everyone else???

I have just started ttc#3 and as much as I am REALLY broody for another baby/child, I am also scared stiff as my other 2 boys are 8 and 6 so another baby will be a huge deal for us all... I am hoping that all the doubts will go away when I get pregnant (and not get worse!!)

Welcome to all the newbies, its great to see our Bus getting fuller every day! I concieved my DS now 2.6 years old in month one last time so am already feeling tense about being on month 2!!

I came off the pill just over a year ago, and we started trying, but then DF proposed so we put it on hold. Wedding is only 2 months away and i couldnt wait any longer!! Am hoping it happens quickly as the pill has had so long to get out of my system. Fingers crossed for you bensmum

Thanx Kittycatcat. You might find that you are ok. I've on and off the pill so much that I was four weeks late this month, so after several negative pregnancy tests am kind of relieved to at least know where I am now with it all.
Looking forward to getting back to all the ttc

Hi Livviloo Gosh what a lot of similarities! Both having older children ttc#3 and even on the same cycle day!!

To be honest, I'm having a bit of a wobbly about ttc today... My DH is 11 years older than me and I started to think of the future and how old we would both be when our DS1 would be 18 and what it would be like and then thought, god, if we have another baby now, he would be 66 when the new baby reached 18...

I panicked and thought, when DS1 is 18 we would have each other back again and begin our time, but with another baby we would still have a 9 year old at home... Oh I'm so confused today and have got myself in a right tizz! Sorry, I didn't mean to splurge at you...

i dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing to have short cycles, last month was 24 days, this month 26 days but have had anywhere between 24 and 36 days (gulp) cant be good to be so irregular i shouldnt have thought. cany belive i have got to cycle 8 already. i really didnt want to be getting on 40 when i had the next one but its looking that way. i havent even got pg yet, and if i do i have to get through the minefield of something going wrong - which is a lot more likely the older i get.

Afternoon, bus filling up nicely. Hope it doesn't get stuck in any snow this weekend... (news reports look awful, but I am in East Anglia so just lots of rain and wind here).

Am just reposting stats to add Emma . Think there are a few of us on here who could just as easily be on the Dec bus, think I would have a due date of Jan 1st if we get lucky this month... fingers crossed. Hopefully it will be a lucky bus with lots of BFPs
