Silver to say i was a bit disappointed is an understatement - have never ever had an evap line (especially not a pink one!) happen to me, i am going to be a bit more wary i think now and go to superdrug this weekend and stock up on FR's

Superdrug own brand are also on special offer - two double tests for £8 - and I got BFP at CD 26 of 28 day cycle.

ok so just poas and there is a very faint line, i think it migt be an evap line, so i'm now confident i'm not preg and am waitingg for af to arrive. Ha! Have just worked out what poas means. Have been wondering and now feel very thick that I didn't immediately get it!

Loopy - I ov'd earlier than I usually do. Have been edging closer to ov each month (my stats say cycle 2, but have been TTC#4 since Oct 08 -it's a bit complicated). Anyway, I'm rambling, no, we didn't stick to the right days, DTD right up until the day before ov. (I think!?). Are you using ov sticks? Good Luck!

yea i completly contradicted my self there didnt i!? there was a very faint line that i could see at 6 minutes, but it was very faint and could only be seen in day light not in my bathroom light (i didnt even realise it was there until i went to throw it away and caught the window light!)

but as it was so faint and i saw it after the allotted 5 minutes i'm sure it was an evaporation line, i'm goignt to take one again tomorrow using fmu but i'm almost 95% sure it was a BFN!

thoes fr, they have a call like a syren (as in the mythical creatures, i'm just not sure how to spell it!) even when me and dh took a break from ttc a few months ago i still found myself using them

i might have to go find a whore bus, although i dont think i post often enough to count myself as a bus whore

I would do the shettles girl thing but as my cycles vary (am anywhere between 25 to 34 days) it is too dificult. Plus I'm too broody and impatient to risk it taking longer than it already is
DH doesn't wear quite as loose pants as he used to when we had DS and my diet is more along the shettles girl lines than boy so you never know lol

well Im confused. I always track CM, as i get definate amounts and types (eww) and so its easy to see when i have ewcm!

Anyway I bought a Calista saliva ovulation monitor and today I have the fern like structure that indicates peak OV time. However this month like no other I have no CM at all!!! Anyone got any ideas?

Just get shagging. That's my advice.

thanks for all the lovely congratulations . I'm trying to keep a lid on my excitement until some time has passed. I will be 42 in the summer so I need to take each stage at a time and not get too carried away... Fingers crossed it will all be fine though...

Hi all - day 26 of usual 28 day cycle and no real symptoms. Felt sick when lying down this evening but I think that might have been the tapas I had for lunch. Have had a few days of feeling dizzy but it comes and goes and other days I feel absolutely fine and I do have a funny taste in my throat but not sure if I've got a bit of a cold which might be why. Never realised how much time I spend feeling ill until started TTC

Also I had 12 days of EWCM this month so think we did all the SWi too early and ran out of steam.

Also I do feel like AF is coming - have proper PMT. I get really clumsy when I'm due and I managed to drop the same piece of chocolate on the floor 5 times in the space of a couple of minutes, and keep walking into the bin by my desk (same place as always!) Also grumpy and emotional which is my other big sign. Plus sitting here now I've got kind of twingey feelings in my ovaries.

Don't feel as disappointed as usual though despite the fact we put more effort in this morning. And I'm adamant that (despite reading they're on offer) I won't be buying any tests until the other side of the weekend!

Stupid AF arrived early hours of this morning, not happy and don't know how much longer I can do this for . Really need to talk to DP to find out if he really wants this as we only seem to manage SWI twice around OV time, he is always too bloody tired! Anyway, have updated the list and taken myself off. Babydust to all on this bus.

I was going to test with FR yesturday but couldn't hold my wee long enough .

Anyone testing today? QueenFee? addicted?

I got a BFP this morning!

2 clear lines on FR, CB digi says 'pregnant 1-2', the cheap 10ui test result is a barely there positive - I'm a bit wary of those now.

I'm trying to keep a lid on the excitement as I have been here before & it didn't work out.

I haven't told DH yet as he is away until the weekend & don't want to tell him over the phone.
