What's antm? I love glee too, but I have to be in the right mood to watch it so we record it and then watch several at once.

I think the sperm I got early yesterday morning fell out before they had a chance to get on their merry way, as I had to get up quite soon after to deal wtih DS rather than staying horizontal for 1/2 hour like Zita recommends. Still, you never know...DH seems to be on the mend so maybe tomorrow or the next day he'll be up for it.
I didn't get the thermometer yet, so will just have to hope and guess when ovulation actually happens. Am praying it hasn't already happened though...

Anyway, I've got something else to obsess about now I'm back on the losing weight wagon, hoorah! I've been steadily piling on the pounds since I stopped BFing DS (but carried on eating the cake). I use a website which has a food diary with practically everything in the world in the database. Just log what I eat and it tells me how many squillion calories that is. I was checking my weight, and lost quite a bit before conceiving DS, so I reckon I should give myself the best chance I can and try to get rid of some weight if I want to conceive again. That's the aim anyway.

LadyBee I lost 2.5 stones throughout last year and it has definitely helped my body, my cycles are more regular and 5 full days shorter, I also get more EWCM and my boobs now get sore before my period which they didn't really before.

I think you have to be careful losing weight when TTC as any big changes might temporarily stop OV. Doctor advised me to stick to losing 1 pound per week maximum and do it by eating healthily rather than reducing calorie intake too much. My BMI is now 24 and personally I wouldn't want to go any lower.

Hey all, can I join in again? Had a few months off ttc whilst going through fertility clinic tests but we are now back on track.

We got so much SWI this month I actually got meself cystitis! (Believe me, that has not happened in a long time!)

Hey Polly missed you being around. Would rather we were both on those ante-natal boards but least we can keep each other company together with Lia and all the others who seem to be stuck on these buses. I was supposed to be going to the doctors today - millionth time lucky but the doctor is sick so we need to re-arrange. We will go though and hopefully Thursday. Also trying acupuncture and hypno to see if anything works but they are not for another few weeks...

I know what you mean Louja. Good news on the acupuncture! I have found a new practitioner that specialises in fertility and also does chinese herbs so we are giving that a go for 3 months to get hormone levels down enough to be given Clomid by the fertility clinic. I'm hoping that the herbs and the needles, together with the progesterone pessaries I've just conned asked my doctor to give me will do the trick before we get the stage of needing clomid. Fingers crossed though...

I will see what my doctor will do for me. Think my LP is back up to 13 days. So hopefully that will help with the baby making. Was convinced that short phase was not helping but last 3 months its gone up. Given up with temping though. Was a bit obsessed.

I'm definitely NOT POAS early. No more. Just can't take the cycle of crashing disappointment followed by misplaced hope followed by yet more crashing disappointment. Besides, my cycle last month was only 22 days (hence getting progesterone pessaries) so I rarely get a chance to POAS anyway.
