you get pregnancy symptoms ? I think with DS1 and DS2 I noticed on about day 22. Anyone noticed any earlier ? TTC DC3, currently on day 18 and must be imagining that I have tingly boobs and am incredibly hungry.... ?

Sorry meant to say last 7yrs,and sorry for moaning

Joolsiam · 19/07/2009 21:33

No sign yet - the witch is keeping me guessing to the last ! Have got very bloated and have been feeling very tired and nauseous this afternoon.

Will test in the morning if she doesn't arrive overnight, but must admit I think she may be on her way.

tobago04 · 19/07/2009 21:43

Fingers crossed for you jools x

Joolsiam · 20/07/2009 08:03

Still no sign, but BFN on First Response this morning, so I guess she is on her way.

I detest the way our bodies deceive us I'm bloated, suffering from insomnia and night sweats, have stopped shedding hair, got thrush, had a mouth ulcer, feel nauseous, have gone off tea and am craving carbs - all PG signs for me but this must be a bug - grrrrrrrr

mousemole · 20/07/2009 10:01

its amazing what our bodies can do isn't it - I too had a mouth ulcer and thrush and a uti ! However, still feel a bit sick this morning and AF is very much under way so must be a bug or run down. Now busy plotting when to go for it next week ( trying the shettles method for a dd so cant go too near Ovulation)

Well, I'm away at a festival during my next fertile period, leaving DP at home because he just doesn't enjoy it.

We come back on a Monday morning and the only advantage of a strangely late AF this time round is that, hopefully, I will ov on the Tuesday. Maybe he will have missed me over the weekend and one attempt the night before ov will do the trick ? (fingers firmly crossed)

I'd love a girl, he'd love a boy. To be honest, at nearly 40, I'm not trying any method other than getting PG and producing a baby of whatever gender What is the Shettles method ?

mousemole · 20/07/2009 10:27

its a theory that boys are conceived on ovulation and girls before ovulation. Based on the science that female sperm swim slower but last longer and the males swim quick but also die quick. I am only lightheartedly doing is as another baby would be wonderful, regardless of the sex.

Here's top next month. Ann Summers has got a sale on so might pick up a few bits. Least it will make this baby making more fun!

mousemole · 20/07/2009 15:35

loujalou, I know what you mean -it all too quickly becomes a chore doen't it . Having an AF from hell - cramping all over and thick clots ( sorry if TMI). Wondered if it was an early mc, but guess I would have got a bfp at some stage if I was.

OP posts:
Joolsiam · 20/07/2009 15:43

Still waiting for AF to start - no sign and it is driving me insane - my back is killing me and I need ibuprofen but won't take it till AF confirms I'm not pg. I also need an appt with a chiropractor / osteopath but again, can't do that when in first trimester, so am waiting for confirmation that AF is here - this limbo land is horrible. Am sure it can't be too early - today is 14DPO and if I was going to get a BFP, I'd have it by now.

Want a laugh though - I am so bloody hormonal and had a massive crying fit all over my keyboard - now the sodding thing won't work, so I'm back on the laptop keyboard !

nappyaddict · 20/07/2009 16:43

Hope you no either way soon jools and tobago

mousemole · 20/07/2009 16:47

oh Jools, poor you. The not knowing must be so awful. did have a chuckle about your keyboard though

Hello, just been to the loo and had tiny tiny little bit of blood so hopefully something is happening
Out of curiosity i got my old test out from dd2,it was one done at the pharmacy where you take a sample in,it says i was 10 days late then,i remember doing a home test the day before and it was really really faint,so maybe theres still a chance?
I'll just be glad to know either way now though!

Loujalou · 21/07/2009 11:00

Any luck tobago?

Am now on a fitness drive. Lost weight after ds but seems to be creeping up again so am trying to lose it and get fit.

Well its a distraction and I really like going to classes.

mousemole · 21/07/2009 13:31

Loujalou, I am doing the same as you ! Put on half a stone in france last week so running this week ! its another distraction isn't it !

Thanks mousemole, yes i will drink to that!

nappyaddict · 22/07/2009 14:37

Wonder if Jools has had any luck.

Joolsiam · 22/07/2009 14:41

No luck for me either - CD2 today Sorry, have been staying away due to complete hormonal meltdown plus migraine and joint aches - thought I might have had a mild dose of piggy flu to add to everything else. This is a hideous AF aswell - tmi I know, but it is so heavy, I can feel it flowing out of me - brings back horrid memories of MC

I'll see you back here on around August 4th - the start of a LUCKY two week wait

yellowflowers · 22/07/2009 14:47

hi jools did search for you and found you on this thread - wondered how you were. sorry this month not it. xxx

Joolsiam · 22/07/2009 14:56

Yello - I did update our list yesterday but didn't really say much else - just wallowing for a while

nappyaddict · 22/07/2009 15:08

Wonder if Mistymoo had any luck. I can't believe that no one on this thread has

mousemole · 22/07/2009 17:44

oh Jools, sorry to hear you've had a horrid AF. Mine has been miserable as well - just so heavy, not at all like usual. I can't believe none of us had any luck either. I feel negative about the coming month as well.I feel old and antiquated - as the news keeps telling me I am ! I am on day 4 and will start at the weekend.... what about everyone else ? By reckoning in another 10 days or so we will start comparing our imaginary nausea and tingly boobs .
Mistymoo - where are you ? Lets enjoy a drink while we can eh ? I feel a gin and tonic calling...

MrsMattie · 22/07/2009 17:46

DS - no symptoms until my period was late.

DD - symptoms on about day 23/24, although I only recognised them in retrospect
